First time ordering from veryvoga and was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews however received 2 dresses today total time from ordering to them arriving was 24 days .The dresses were just like the models were wearing , so pretty , well made some people compliant about size ???? Each garments got sizing measurement .I ordered one dress 3xl and the other 5xl as I like the boho floaty look and I am a size 16/18 so pleased with both the dresses.

I purchased several items a few weeks ago. However, due the extended processing time due to Covid, which I completely understand, I had to cancel the order because I needed the items this weekend. I received a very polite email the same day advising a full refund was being processed then two days later it arrived into my account. I hope all your employees are well appreciated. Thank you :)

DO NOT BUY from this site. Its a fraud. They have the system set up to make returns impossible. Cheap stuff, wrong sizes and items not as described online.

A mark of good company is how they handle returns.

After while I can modify my review - it takes really long time to deliver the order, one of my orders never arrived so after message exchange with their service I got confirmation I will receive refund so I can compliment their service department on this.
Otherone of my orders arrived after really long time and it does not look like the dress on pictures,different colours and super cheap material, even looks like different cut then the picture.

This site does not even deserve one star. After waiting for almost 4 months for my order to arrive, only two of the three items arrived. Of which both were extremely bad quality and did not look like the pictures. I can not return any of my items or complain about the missing item because according to the website i never even placed an order??? WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Costs £3.00 to return a £14 item. Impossible to return anyway because the website won't print off the label and the company's address appears nowhere.

Did not receive clothes. Lost my money and no way of getting my money back!

Please advise where my shipment is. When it will arrive. And appreciate to get my 40euro expedited payment back As this clearly made no difference. Just a trick to collect more monies.

Please please DONT buy from this company. I have been waiting for 3 months for clothes and they have just sent 1 item out of 7 which is the cheapest looking top ever. I have requested a refund but no joy there con man.

Fake, scam be carefull

Saw Veryvoge on my Instagram and decided to order Christmas pajamas for my entire family. Its now April 28th with no items... i believe this a fraud and will move forward reporting this issue...

Absolutely disgraceful returns policy. To try return a top I had to wait a week for one person to get another person and another person to email me. Eventually after taking a number of tickets I got a return address which was free post. Returned the top which I purchased for 22e got a refund of 9e. Absolute joke. When I contacted them I was told I opted for the free postage which is automatically deducted by the courier or some BS like that and the top was on offer when I purchased it so that was deducted as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY unless your clear that you will not receive your full refund if returning the item.

Beware, beware, beware! I don't usually buy from websites such as this and would urge you not to either.
I don't normally wear dresses but last summer was invited to a couple of parties and saw a dress on Very Voga's website. It looked nice and it was claimed it was hugely reduced.
When it arrived if was obviously a cheap replica. There was no brand label or washing instructions, just a tiny label with size M. It was though nicely folded and packed.
There was no way I could wear this off the premises as the material was very thin, cheap and would be see through in the light.
I raised the issue with them that this was not as shown and they then had the nerve to ask if I thought it was worth the money I had paid, which was not the issue at all.
I also had to ask them for washing instructions, which they did supply but which should have been on the item itself of course.
I initially kept the dress as evidence but it has now gone in the rag bag to give away to charity.
At least this lot do seem to have a UK address, which some of these fraudsters don't have.
I am amazed that people like this are allowed to advertise in this country and that they are covered by the various banks and credit cards. They can only be got off the streets by enough people refusing to buy from them and if they live in their area, to stage a demonstration outside their premises and get the local and national media involved.

I originally reviewed this company poorly, but now they have bullied me into taking down my review review in order to receive a refund for stuff my wife ordered. They told me in order to process my refund faster, I needed to take down my review what a scam and ugly way to run a company, I have not received a refund or even an attempt at giving me one, other than to not say truth about their company I will be taking this up with the BBB, and we never received our order in the first place.

My daughters and I ordered PJ'S and I ordered some Holiday jewelry for Christmas. They never confirmed their order by e-mail and when our order never arrived until a month later, the products are junk. My order was never ordered but my girls opened theirs. This company said they won't return my 75.00 for the jewelry that hasn't even been opened. This company and other companies like this one are scamming Americans.

Never buy anything with them. They are liars that stole my money. I ordered clothes that never came and I had payed for them. READ THE REVIEWS AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Very bad experience, ordered Xmas pjs assuming they'd take forever but did come before the holiday, however the sizes for my grandsons were tiny.
My biggest complaint is the lack of customer service. Return policy is for the birds! Would cost me too much to return them and can only get a 40% refund or 50% store credit (of course I won't ever use that.
I'll never use this company again and wish I had read these reviews.
Wound up buying from a local Department store for less and the quality was much better.

I am not sure about the intentions of those who wrote bad reviews for this company. My experience was excellent. I ordered Christmas pyjamas and after i found them locally i canceled the order. I emailed the company and I had an excellent support from customer service. My money was refunded right away. I totally support their business.
