I order a dress on 04/14/2022 and it was delivered as promised. Dress fits too big, does not fit my body shape at all, but it’s very pretty. The only thing is I just can’t get thru to return the dress back and get a refund I tried and tried but no luck it just keep saying the same thing over and over again need submit order. I need a claim ticket and it just does not let me get anywhere, that is very frustrating can someone please contact me or send me an email so I can get a refund. I was worried when I read the reviews…

I was worried when I read the reviews on here but I am very pleased with the site, the 9 matching Christmas pajamas I ordered, the quickness of them being delivered. I completed my order towards the later mid day 7 days ago and received them in 6 days (last night)!! Express shipping is automatically selected at check outs which is a tad bit more expensive for shipping and which I didn't realize it until after I completed my order but I don't mind as I now have the peace of mind since they were delivered last night. Love the quality, colors, sizes were right on. They are perfect and I am so excited for my family to be matching on Christmas. Thank you veryvoga. I highly recommend!!

no happy!

This is part of your respond below...Would you mind if we delete the item(s) out of stock and ship the rest for you? Or we could split your order.

How am I supposed to respond? on your review page? I refuse to fill out a questionnaire. It's not how you do business with a customer who has issues. Please cancel my order all together. I will be going to my bank to make sure I am fully refunded. I will be traveling in 10 days and my order was put in on the 28th of May along with many other orders from different companies and all have been received within 1 week, except yours (this is over 1 year after the COVID started, lets get it together) If you still have an issue with delivery or no longer have the items, you should e-mail the customer and advise. Lesson learned to read reviews from companies before ordering.

I am very upset I have spent hundreds…

I am very upset I have spent hundreds of pounds with very bogs but trying to get a refund is impossible
I had a duplicate order when them they cancelled one item but still took the money and no refund
It’s been almost three weeks and it’s impossible to get through to them

I rated my experience with 1 star because 0 star is not possible! I have placed an order on 10.04.2020, MORE THAN A YEAR AGO, and have not received it! I sent them a request to get a refund and did not get my money back! The order number is: VV7759502995 and it was worth 45.24 euros! I strongly advise against buying anything from them, this was my 1st and last time!
Edit1: I have been offered a full refund of my order after writing this review, and will update it once more once the money is in my bank account.
Edit2: A refund worth 42.27 euros (almost all of what I paid) was transferred to my account, 14 months after my order.

In December they said they will delivery my items on 3 days I place the order in December 15 it was a pijamas the pijamas dint get here until December 31 I Been asking for refund since then I returned the items back to the store but they just refused to send my money last time they comunícate whit me tell me to send them my PayPal account I did that after that they tell me to wait 30 days for refund is been 34 days aldery and still have not received my refund when I contact them they tell me to give them my PayPal account again to refund the money NEXT STEP IS A SMALL SUE I PAID $278.39 I will sue you for that money!!!!!!

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE.

I paid some pajamas for Christmas in October and I still haven't received them. I have already sent several messages and their answers do not make sense. I've already asked for my money back and they don't give it to me. Be very careful with this site. IT'S A FRAUD !! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON THIS SITE.

I ordered from them and they sent me proactiv face cream instead and give me a hard time for a refund be careful ordering from them guys they messed me up 3x already l wish l never ordered from them at this point but he careful guys they are a real mess up over here...

HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Its been over a month I never received my order. Everytime I contact customer service Im given some BS excuse about my order being escalated to their non exsistant logistics team. Ive been asked to be refunded several times and they just completely ignore that part of my email. NEVER use this company, they are unprofessional and liars.

Their goods are such poor quality

Their goods are such poor quality and the returns is a nightmare. They take almost €10 off you first then state the returns postage is already paid for with An Post Ireland. I took it to An Post and they will not accept it. An post want to be paid directly. I will never buy from them again. The goods are the worst I have ever seen regarding quality and looking remotely like their web site. The returns policy is a joke I am out all my money.

1. Print the PostNL Label above and the return form in the last page.
2. Attach the PostNL label to the surface of your parcel ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.
3. Repackage your return merchandise and put the return form in your package.
4. Take your parcel to the national post office counter service. You can just give the parcel to them directly and
don't need to pay extra money there.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

Should’ve known this website was a scam. Ordered clothes from this website on December 11th. Was actually Christmas pajamas for my family. It is now January 6th and I still haven’t received the Clothes. I even paid for the expedited shipping! Was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but we’re coming up on 4 weeks with no package. The “track shipment” leads to DHL where it states, “ Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL”. It says it’s still in China!! Unreal!!! Stay far far away!! My order number was VV7459170692. If I ever get the order, I won’t even waste my time trying to get a refund after reading some of the horror stories above. Just chalking it up as a HUGE waste of 100 bucks. Companies like this have a spot reserved in hell specifically for them.

Poor quality, shocking service and did not refund my money!

Clothes are cheaply made and arrived damaged! I returned the items but veryvoga refused to refund me despite returning them via tracked/signed for post. Paypal refunded me, but the company kept my money. They are crooks with a legitimate website - BEWARE

UPDATE: This disgraceful, cheating company had the audacity to try and remove my review.
I have provided trustpilot with the sale details and more than happy to provide the transcript between myself and this company when I tried to get my refund for items that were returned, even with proof of return & tracked delivery this company still would not refund the money owed - despite the terms and conditions on their website - they are not to be trusted! They are lucky that I didnt report them to trading standards!

Fraud shipping

Bought winter pj’s on dec 3, 2020. The ship to address on the order was Maine, United States. They sent me some shipping thing designed to mimic a proper tracking history you might see from UPS, but it’s just static text and I think fake. On dec 10 they claim that it was received in NY, the 10th of a long list of ship updates, then about 9 hours later they claim it was received at the next step in shipping process, “ORD” which is a major air shipping station in Chicago Ohare airport. Why exactly was it shipped from NY which is close to Maine almost across the US to Chicago! The last of their fake shipping status’s says it departed Chicago ORD shipping on Dec 16 “Transfer to last mile logistics providers”. I am not going to get my package because it was never sent. This is a fraudulent company, and the company I used to make payment should be ashamed of themselves as they participated in the fraud.

UPDATE - the vendor claims to have sent it. Lie. No tracking # that comes up in a third party shipper site.

NEVER ORDER FROM VERYVOGA

I made an order on the 15th of December with 3 sets of pyjamas to be delivered before Christmas as I paid for fast delivery. It says that my packaged has been shipped at 2:56pm today however I still have not received it and have been at home all day.
My order number is VV5427934793 and it is £64.64
When I go to track it it says that it has been shipped. I have tried to press the contact and there isn’t any help offered.
I now do not want these pyjamas as they will not now arrive for Christmas. I would like a refund or will have to contact my bank as this is customer fraud.
Do not use this company!!!
