This is our second purchase from Ryan, having been his first sale a few years ago. It was so lovely to buy from him again and have the benefit of his great customer service and knowledge. Paul boyd at VW Vertu Nottingham South made the whole experience excellent when we swapped our 24 plate VW Tiguan Life for a brand new Tiguan Elegance. Great customer service, excellent communication throughout our purchase and Paul was super understanding even when I bombarded him with questions and queries! He took the time to make the event special for us and made us feel like VIP customers when we collected the car. He even spent time explaining all the new tec the elegance has to offer which is no mean feat as we are not tec wizards! Bravo Vertu Nottingham South, we will of course be returning customers in the future!

We went down to look at our options of a new car and we were met by Ryan
He was brilliant from stary to finish nothing was to much trouble.
Ryan took us through a few different options and we chose our new car. On the day of pick up everything was explained he took us through the controls of the car and set it up for us.

Second time coming at vertu VW South
Second time coming at vertu VW South. Matt was the person who helped to get the best VW model that we wanted. We did not make his life easier but he was super patient and he was super polite and very understanding of our needs when trying to find a replacement for the old one. Staff overall is friendly and they take care of you that’s why I came back, even though I do live a bit further now. Thanks VW!
