The worst ever service I have ever…
The worst ever service I have ever received from a company, incompetent staff, failure to deliver service, the lock and system was faulty from the day it was installed, emergency visits not completed. Our door automatically opens its self when we manually triple lock it.

Securitas Direct selling agents troublesome
Securitas Direct selling agents visit my street in Javea about 3 times a year. They ring every bell. Each time I tell them I already have an alarm which is obvious from the Prosegur/Movistar sign outside they say something like maybe you´d like a new one. I dont and Im happy with Prosegur. These people dont give a security company a good image. Next time I see them I'm tempted to call Guardia Civil to report suspicious activity.

Excellent installation service
Excellent service from the tech installation guy. He explained every item he installed in detail and was patient and attentive. I have yet to experience the actual alarm service, though.

After changing name the quality does not change, my camwras as did not work, still not woeking. Tried to cancel the contract, the told me need to pay 1 year advance as penalty. Only they want money, the do not need to provide service

I have today had one of your representatives call on my property with an aggressive manner, telling me that I have one camera, that isn’t working and calling me a liar, all of which has been recorded and attached
As I made it very clear that we did not want your services and this is not the first time that I have had to complain, I fact I still have your commitment, in writing, that you would put us on a no call list
This is an aggressive commercial practices, which are restricted under Spanish consumer law and I plan to denounce your company today, usage the evidence
Your representative, as can be heard, called me a liar, told me that I had one camera that wasn’t working, and I have grounds to report your company and I will denounce you today

The service of Verisure Malaga is a disaster
The service of Verisure Malaga is a complete disaster. It took us almost year to have the alarm aystem operational. Now we have moved from our house for 2 months and after many calls and e-mails they are just incapable of ending the contract. We still have access to an alarm system of a house in which we are no longer living. We have a new house with Verisure alarm pre-installed but we will be using another company and change the alarm system. They are impossible to work with.

Truly awful Company, worst customer support.
Truly awful Company, rude operators, ignorant replies. A system that doesn't function correctly. I would avoid this company, they're only interested in getting money, not the security of the system.
UPDATE: So despite them replying to this review saying they would "review your case and respond to you as soon as possible" I received no response. I have now phoned them EIGHT TIMES. Every time I call I get told "someone will call you today after 3", no-one ever has. A week ago I was also told I would receive an email "this afternoon" I never received anything (and they are in my "trusted" email list, ironic as I wouldn't trust them at all). So I stand by what I said, anyone thinking of using this company: I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Truly awful.

No show engineer!
Alarm stopped setting and smart fobs stopped working. Daniel, the engineer from Securitas, promised to come and we waited in for three days and he didn't come. He then stopped answering my messages so we gave up. Looked on website and Torrevieja office said open....walked allotment way over and office closed. Managed to get alarm partially set but still jot working properly. Very unhappy customer, would definitely NOT recommend this Company.
