System does not work, I get every day a a few calls that some one is entering the house. so much false alarms, that I don't even use it. I needed for renovation, but the battery only lasts 20 hours without power. And when installing, he did not tell us it was a 2 year contract. we just needed 6 months, now we have to pay 2000 euro to cancel the contract

10th circle of hell
Good luck to any customer going through the cancellation process. I was told the service had been changed to the new customer, yet Verisur keeps charging my account, contacting me to change batteries, etc. So I reach out again, and then service representative hangs up on me, apparently tired of waiting 5 seconds for me to find the information he wants. If you're reading this, look elswhere and stay away.
