Awful company ripping off expats
Alarm was fitted at our holiday home in Spain late 2023. It wasn't explained how to use it by the fitters as they didn't speak English, and so it has never worked since it was put in. We have been charged for it every month since then but when we try to speak to the customer service about it, they magically lose the ability to speak English despite the sales agents over in Spain saying there is a dept there just for UK based customers. We attempted to stop the payments several times but then we get threatening emails back for non-payment. and if I reply to their emails, I get no acknowledgement back at all. It is/has been one of the worst decisions we have ever made using this company.

Don’t make appoints weeks in advance.
The technician did his job really well. Clean and efficient.
Customer service was good.
But making an appointment 1 month before confirming appointment by email and telephone. Then no one arriving and the appointment cancelled without prior consult from Securitas direct. Was very much unprofessional. Next time I won’t be making any appointments with Securitas direct in advance, especially when I need to travel 700km for them to do the work.
