Not a beautiful tree
I ordered a Christmas tree but it is not of the best quality , it is not straight , also bent . Not “fluffy” . Not impressed. I would not return again. It mostly looks like you receive something which no one bought in person

Don't buy from these clowns
Don't buy from these clowns. They send you dead plants and broken products. When you contact the customer service they ignore you for weeks, then gaslight you. I ordered items 1st October and it's now nearly November and still I'm awaiting a solution. I wish I could upload pics to show what they sent. Literally a bare stick in some dry dirt with a load of dead leaves in the bottom of the box, and they tell me the plant is in a good condition?!
