Very fast. Good customer service

Very fast sending of plants.
After receiving my order, i noticed there was a mistake with the product. I contacted customer support which was super fast in responding and sending me the correct product with no cost.

Despite the mistake i appreciate the attention to the client afterwards.

Excellent plants

I placed an order for 17 saplings. Most arrived in great condition. The courier delivered 1 box sideways when it was clearly marked which way was up but that's a problem with the courier and not Germigarden. They could have however secured the soil in some way so i'll take off 1 star for that.
All the aromatics and smaller plants were neatly arranged in a box.

The quality of all the plants i received is excellent. They did forget my chamomile and send Dill instead but promptly refunded me for it. Before shipping, they also refunded me for an extra item that I ordered in error. Overall, I couldn't be happier and perhaps the bad reviews are before they improved?

Changed from a bad rate to a Super good one!

I would like to say that I started this review on 10.09.2024 - with a very bad rate, after have received my plants all mixed up and broken.

I sent an email with my observations and complain to the company - and they actually responded not only to my first complain - but also tried to understand what went wrong with the order and transportation,«.

I received new plants - in exchange for the ones that were irreplaceable and they arrived very well packed and in very good conditions.

I have changed my review from a very bad one to a super good - because I felt they listened to me and reacted quickly on the matter.

I do recommend - if they keep up with this new way off packing and transporting plants.

Late delivery / incorrect product

Late delivery, we do pay express delivery. They say on the website it takes 24/48 hours to ship to Iberia and i waited more than 10 days to receive my order. Products shipped were incorrect, i sent an e-mail with pictures asking to ship the correct items that i bought and no answer received. Very poor experience, no support was provided at all.

I am really happy with the plants I received!

I ordered for the first time two years ago and these plants (palm trees) are still healthy and growing beautifully.
Ordered for the second time last week, despite the bad reviews.
GermiGarden sent me very healthy plants again this time, all well watered and packaged.
I live in Spain and sometimes there are difficulties with language or finding an address. The people at GermiGarden cleared up all the difficulties with the delivering company. THANK YOU GERMIGARDEN!

Perfecto como siempre

Hoy he recibido mi tercer pedido. He pedido 30 Lippia Nordiflora para sustituir mi césped. Cuando el repartidor llegó con una caja grande, me preocupé, aunque todos los pedidos que he hecho a Germi Garden han llegado en muy buenas condiciones. Aún así, me pregunté cómo era posible que hubiera 30 plantas en esa caja y que estuvieran en buenas condiciones. Abrí la caja y vi que era una tontería preocuparme. Ya debería saber que la gente de Germi cuida muy bien de sus plantas y de sus clientes. Las plantas estaban empaquetadas con tanta delicadeza como si fueran frágiles adornos de Navidad. Todas perfectas. Todas preciosas. Gracias Germi Garden. No puedo esperar a ponerlas en la tierra.

I received my third order today. I ordered 30 Lippia Nordiflora to replace my grass. When the deliveryman arrived with one large box I was worried even though every order I have placed with Germi Garden has arrived in terrific condition. Still I wondered how on earth there could be 30 plants in that box and still in good condition. I opened the box and saw that I was silly to worry. I should know by now that the people at Germi take excellent care of their plants and their customers. The plants were all packed as delicately as if they were fragile Christmas ornaments. All perfect. All lovely. Thank you Germi Garden. I cannot wait to get them into the ground.
