the packaging caused problems
The order arrived fast, but the packaging was not good - I ordered inserts for pots and they were stuck in one other. I spent several hours trying to get them from each other and demaged my hands. Finally the soap helped with the process. You should consider the packaging for the future.

It's been almost 2 weeks, it was for mother's day and couldn't gift it, I wrote several times, I don't even know where the plant is, if it is delivered, when it will be delivered, in good shape or not, and hopefully you don't send the factura with the plant as it will go to the mother I gift to 🤦🏼♀️

Disappointing plants
I ordered four trees and plants from the online store that are just poor. I received my last tree, a pomegranate that looked like it had been wrapped and stored for weeks. Soil was dry with a serious rot bond problem with no apparent watering for weeks. I realize this may be a shipping, warehouse issue but I wasted a lot of money on plants that may survive and take months to acclimate to my gardens conditions.
I do not know what the store is like in quality but I will never buy any online plants from this vendor. The arrival conditions were awful!
