I really liked the service in this shop. I let them know I needed my trees before a certain date, since I was travelling. It was also Easter holidays, so they were very kind to get in touch with me, let me know they couldn’t make it and coordinate the next steps. Super friendly and attentive customer service

The trees came in a very nice state, good soil quality too

Overall I’m very happy and would definitely order there again! :) (maybe a bit later though, my balcony has just become a full on garden 🤣)

I ordered five trachelospernum jazminoides plants, and I received them within a week. The packaging was great, and the plants are healthy and look happy.

The communication (per email) was clear, and I believe it's great value for money.

I love the plants from this company. They are always good quality and if for any reason they cannot deliver right away, they always let you know. They are posted, and delivered in good order. Plants well kept. Pricing good.

Order some plant pots in September and by January they had not arrived, they have cancelled the order but still to refunded my 200 plus €. I have started credit cards dispute
Don’t buy from this company!!

Still waiting on a November order as of February. I paid €100 for plants that never showed up, and my pots arrived missing the trays. They are completely unresponsive on WhatsApp and email. Terrible service and a total lack of accountability.

From Jardeneria company I got no feedback regarding my secondary order. Since 3 months it’s still not resolved

i ordered a plant pot in april. it had not arrived by september so i cancelled the order. it is showing as cancelled on their system and they agreed twice to reimburse me, but it is now december and i have still not received the refund.

Terrible experience. Do not buy from this company. My order was only partially delivered and with a two-month delay. The rest has not been delivered nor refunded after more than 6 months.

Incredible bad customer service. Delivered some plants that where smaller than the ones I bought. They promised to reimburse but nothing has happened.

On another order they only partially delivered and never responded. Don't reply to emails. Don't reply on WhatsApp and don't pick up the phone.

I actually think one star is too much but I can't give the zero.

This company is a scam. They dont send the plants, and take as excuse DANA which happened 8 months ago. Ridiculous.

In September I ordered pots with soil and stones, I received the pots, but still not the soil and stones, everything has been paid, but they do not respond to my emails or WhatsApp messages. An unreliable store

Two months later, still not received the order and no reply from the company.

My order placed 27 September has not arrived yet on 23 December. They also stopped to reply to my messages. Avoid this shop!

Complee fake. I have asked my lawyer to Contact them.

Terrible service. I ordered two weeks ago and am still waiting. Unable to get a response from anyone at the company about where my order is. When I purchased there was no indication that it was not in stock. Now they give a message saying that they are waiting for their supplier to send the product to them.

I placed an order 3 months ago. The product never arrived so I contacted them and they told me to wait 4 months. I cancelled my order but have never received a refund. They ignore the emails requesting the refund and asking for their hoja de reclamaciones. Terrible don't shop here

Absolutely terrible!! They sent me two bamboo plants infested with Aphids which damaged my floor and cost me hours of my time. They then spent a month asking me to send them photos with a very patronising tone - Their email provider wouldn't allow them to download images so they presumed it was my fault and advised that I get a neighbour to help me... I mean who are these people?? Then at the end of the ordeal they message me to say that they wouldn't refund me anyway because "apparently" they would have collected the plants and so a refund isn't possible. The most appalling customer service. There are so many other companies that deserve your custom. Avoid these delusional plant shop owners. My bank is now reclaiming the money.
