Amazing service

Did exactly what I wanted and it looks fantastic. Have a new stereo and rear view camera, parking has never been so simple. I was even shown how to use the new system, fantastic service start to finish on their end

Ehsaan

Ehsaan, the CarPlay engineer, did his absolute best to install the CarPlay system on my Toyota C-HR Hybrid. He was patient, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, and he explored every possible option to make it work.
The issue wasn’t with his work but with the reverse camera adapter that came with the CarPlay unit I purchased, which turned out to be incompatible. Even after I obtained another part, Ehsaan came back a second time to try again, but unfortunately it still didn’t work.
Despite this, Ehsaan remained helpful, committed, and thorough throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the time and effort he put in, and I would happily recommend him based on his professionalism and dedication, especially as the problem was outside of his control.

Ehsaan and the team came out to fit the CarPlay box onto my Land Rover Discovery while I was getting my hair done at the salon. The Carplay box works perfectly. They even took their time out to test the product and train me on how to use the product. Would recommend.

Excellent service

Excellent service , had apple car play installed and a front and rear dash cam fitted , would not know that it was not a factory installation, no visible cables and works perfectly.

Couldn't recommend anywhere else to go…

Couldn't recommend anywhere else to go honestly. My car was stripped by thieves and I had to replace all the parts including the wiring. Everything is now back in and rewired, working as expected. If you need anything doing on your car, you won't be disappointed if they can do this.

Ray was brilliant

Ray was brilliant — fixed my dash cam quickly, gave great advice on upgrading my infotainment system, and helped with a few other issues too. Honest, knowledgeable, and far better priced than other service centres. Highly recommend.

CarPlay upgrade.

Had CarPlay system fitted for My Alfa & I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From ordering to install the process was so straight forward.

Great bunch of lads who explained everything as it was happening, would highly recommended to all.

I upgrade my Mercedes Android entertainment system, rear view camera,interior ambient light and speakers make my car like new interior and luxury. Ray is a great guy, fantastic service and fantastic price! Very knowledgeable guy. After having Apple CarPlay in cars for the past however many years and being told by at least 15 coders that it wasn’t possible to activate, Ray activated it on my car within 15 minutes.

Tread carefully…

Tread carefully…

All seemed well until January (steering wheel controls failed) the company effectively ignored my requests at the time and well life moves on, it’s not my only car etc etc

Now my head unit has died after 14mths, upon contacting the company afresh it transpires they are unwilling or indeed able to service the products they sell and I’m sure it’ll turn out that they are in fact bargain basement Ali-express tat.

Such is life, like I say tread carefully and to rub a little salt into the wound the company flatly refuses to speak with me, hence this review.

Am off to the Jaguar and Audi forums now…

You did not offer a discount against a new unit and I quote “We can take £50 from the traditional installation cost of the screen (£160) and offer travel-fee free mobile installation”

2 I did not ask for a free device quote “Any discount? It’s only 14mths old.”

3 for missed communications check your what’s app starting 9th November and then you went quiet on the 9th January.

4 when requesting to speak to a manager the response was and I quote “I've already spoken to him about this, he would tell you the same thing”

As I say tread carefully.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience, but we do feel it’s important to clarify a few key points.

Your unit is now over 14 months old and therefore well outside of its warranty period. As stated at the time of purchase, we’re unable to offer free replacements or repairs once the warranty has expired. In addition, the model you have is now discontinued and the motherboard is no longer serviceable, meaning repair isn’t technically possible.

Even though we are under no obligation to do so, we still offered you a discount and reduced installation cost on a new upgraded system as a goodwill gesture.

Regarding your claim of contacting us in January, we have no record of receiving any communication from you. Had we received it, we would have responded promptly as we do with all customers.

We always strive to support our customers fairly and transparently, but we also have to work within our warranty terms and technical limitations. Please do not expect us to give away free products with threats on leaving bad reviews.
