You helped find information I needed regarding the interest on my account. Thank you.
Very quick and easy to setup. Especially liked the way it checked the trustee details on the charities commission website.
We were renewing a savings account with UTB. Very smooth process online. Great Bank to deal with.
I have raised a number of questions about my ISA. The contact form is easy to complete and my questions have been answered quickly and clearly.

Renewing an ISA always seems a little more complicated than it needs to be. Otherwise I like UTB.

I recently had cause to transfer my matured cash ISA funds to another provider. The transfer went through very promptly. I will remain a customer, based on this experience, and could be tempted to re-invest if the interest rate on savings becomes more competitive.

So efficient
I had tried to set up an easy access account with our existing current account bank - Virgin - we had been with them since the 1980s (originally as Clydesdale)! 3 months later and nothing was happening apart from countless questions.
So I looked at United Trust where we have a long term savings account. The new account was up and running within a couple of days.
Very satisfied

Your interest rates are far too low across the site.

I have been saving online with United Trust Bank for a few years now - attracted by high rates, especially for fixed-term ISA products. I have always found the website to function as it should.
As with many banks, their rates aren't always competitive and I recently transferred a matured ISA to another provider and the process went smoothly. I also messaged UTB customer service via the website just to check something and received a quick, helpful reply. I wouldn't hesitate to transfer money back when their interest rates are attractive.

Very straightforward to login and check my account. However, I wanted to transfer my maturing bond to an ISA account and could not see this as an option. I had to make a telephone call to find out what to do.

They replied straight away to my enquiry but I still haven't received the information that I asked for. It's a bit frustrating that I can't print off an up to date bank statement when I log into your online banking.
