No communication tried 2 email accounts and facebook, they responded to facebook saying someone would be in contact, but got nothing....
Looking a little deeper, they are not even registered for GST, so looks like a bit of a dodgy company altogether.
Had to open a dispute with Paypal to sort it out in the end and get my money back.
To be avoided at all costs!

I orded a mod back on may the 26 th 2018 .3 weeks later i emailed them to ask how long it was going to be after a number of emails they answered me and said it will be in earlly next week i said ok great as long as it will be other wise i would like a refund .the next week herd nothing ,i emailed them many times and asked for a refund please, 27th june they offered me a black or stirling silver mod to be sent now ,i said no.i wanted a rainbow mod .eventually they said ok they will refund me .still waiting for a refund recieved a email last night saying the mod is here and will be sent omg what is wrong with this business terrible service .i Will be taking this further as i deal with alot of buisiness and never have come across such sloppy buisiness

Got my product and its completely authentic. Delivery was made in 10 working days but I don't mind waiting as long as the product is completely genuine. Their facebook page was very active in providing assistance on ETA.

Ordered a smok mod
Ordered a smok mod. Delivered after 11 days quality was very good. They offer very good price for all the products. Received the product after 11 days of ordering but it was worth it in a sense that the quality of the product is good. Responsive to facebook messages.
Only problem was they sent me the tracking number late, but I don't need it as long as I'm being updated on my product.
Will use my vape for a while and see if it goes good will order again.
