Ordered 3 products 4 weeks ago and next to no communication

Still no products and no reply for over a week

DO NOT BUY from this company! If I could give a zero star rating I would. They are a scam and should be put out of business. They will respond quickly to your questions or enquires up until after you have paid for the items ordered and then.............nothing! Not cool, they should be ashamed.

I believe majority of the positive reviews of this site are fake.

I purchased a tank, 10 days later and I had no update, I asked the return it and they said it had been shipped (It had not).

I also purchased a mod, rda and a few other things before I realised they were dodgy.
They have broken their own terms and conditions on refunds and they have ceased all communication with me.

They robbed me of 250 hard earned dollars, Which I had been saving and is about half of my weeks pay.

I would recommend to everyone to never ever use this site.

Really disappointed with this shop. Service is non-existent. Partially my own fault because I should have checked out the reviews first. Definitely avoid dealing with this business.

I read all the bad reviews, but bought from this place anyway. Purchased late November, said shipped the next day at 5-9 working days for delivery. And I've heard nothing since. AVOID!. DO NOT BUY FROM VAPEDNA!!

still waiting. its been two weeks. they dont respond to emails no tracking number. i have dealt with many other onlines stores who are fantastic and i wish id have gone to one of those. vapedna are just terrible. im going to put in a paypal dispute and get my money back.

Multiple messages, 0 answer.

Never received what I bought, order status never changed during the next 2 months.

They haven't even answered to Paypal after I filled a dispute.
Luckily, that was precisely what was needed to get refunded by the Paypal Buyer Protection.

They are terrible, stupid and disrespectful. Probably, the worst vape company I've ever dealt with !

If you don't want to lose time and money, just don't buy here.
Prices seem good but they just do dropshipping from China.
Fasttech/AliExpress are so much more reliable.

Firstly UI is very poor.
Took about 2 minutes loading the cart page before I could place my order.
2 weeks now and my product is still to arrive and they keep asking me for more cash to secure my package and also for some insurance s**t
Thanks to one of the reviews here on trustpilot I came across a site called Exoticvapesales (Exoticvapesales.com) is everything the reviewer said. Quality and efficiency all in one place and am so glad a company like Exoticvapesales exist. Now I don't have to move from one company to the other giving out my Money to some f**king scammers.
Stay off companies like VapeDNA.

trash, items take over a month to arrive. to make it better its arrive broken. wont replace the items and the refund process is a complete f_ck around

Absolutely trash customer service. 3 weeks later no product arrived. Lodged a dispute via PayPal.

ITS A SCAM! no product arrived and everytime i asked the seller, he would ask for a few days, which turns into 3 weeks. Eventually i asked for a full refund and he stopped replying.

Wish I would had seen the reviews first. This company is a scam and my money is gone. Trust me don't do it!!!

a friend directed me here and i now have a regular delivery on time

They took 3 says to ship my product and well over two weeks to deliver without any communication or tracking number.

2 weeks and counting, had enough, Dispute put in with Paypal, due to lack of communication and no tracking number. Good bye Vape DNA scumbags

Took 6 weeks to receive my order when they said 2. They won't get my business again

Ordered June 5th.
Shipped on the 10th.
Emailed after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or correspondence, was told my order would be here within the next 3 days.
Another week passes, no order. Messaged again, no response.
Messaged again, was told to wait a few days.
Another week later there is nothing and they have started ignoring emails and refuse to provide a tracking number after being asked on 4 separate occasions.
Over a month and I haven't even got a confirmation that anything has been sent despite the item being listed as in stock.

Item listed as in stock in Australia from their AU website.
Placed order on 1st June.
Item posted on 13 June.
I sent an email on 13 June to seek an explanation.
They replied on 14 June and asked me to wait 2 - 3 more days.
Finally received Aust Post tracking number on 19 June.
Received item as described on 24 June.
I will not order from VapeDNA again.

same problem as everyone else stay away putting in a dispute with visa to get a refund f... these guys drop shippers i think which is illegal in AU will try and find some were to report them the item isnt in Australia they need to be shut down

I've been waiting 10 days for my order. No shipping number provided. Emailed them got a response saying it will come early next week. Will be lodging a dispute if not received in the next 5 bus day. I should have done my homework before I bought from this place. They should be shut down!!
