Fast shipping, product as described

I like them because of the assortment. Once their delivery service was mistaken but they apologized and sent me a gift with the next order. Awesome guys!

Scammers! This business is not legit, please do not trust them. They've taken my money and won't return it. All email and messages are being ignored, and they do not have a phone number on their website.

Terrible service! Majority of the positive reviews are clearly fake, and they make their money by scamming people. Highly DONT recommend.

I honestly can’t understand how anyone could run a business this horribly. From the day I placed my order, I had never received any updates. I contacted them a week after placing the order to see why they hadn’t shipped my order yet, to which they responded with a short message WITHOUT any explanation but a ‘sorry’.

Another week had gone by, I sent an email asking for a refund if the order is not shipped by the end of that week. This email was ignored. I then made an attempt to contact them through PayPal, this was also ignored. In the end I had to escalate the PayPal dispute to a claim to get my money back. This whole experience wasted 22 days.

Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, and it appears that their website is selling stock that they do not even have.

I placed an order if nearly $200 and was told my products were on their way, upon waiting and waiting, i called aust post and asked them about the tracking number id been given, (since it said it was still in perth and i live in qld) it was not in my name at all, wasn't even assigned to my address. After escalating that came AFTER a dispute with paypal, i waited ten days for them to respond to paypal, of course on the last day they replied with yet another bogus tracking number and paypal closed the case in my favour, now keeping in mind that i paid for express shipping, their communication was bullcrap to the point where they try and dumb down what they have done, all in all a shotty business and should be shut down.

Awesome products. The best bang for your buck at these price points.

I placed two separate orders for a total of 3 items.

They informed me 1 item was not in stock and asked if I'd take a different one. They repeated that with the 2nd item.

I agreed on a replacement for item 1 but on the other I didn't, they didn't respond to any messages for 10 days at which point I threatened a chargeback through Paypal. This immediately got them to respond and they claimed that item 2 had just been restocked that day and that my order would be shipped.

I received notifications for both orders saying the status was updated to "Shipped" (From Awaiting Shipment).

4 days later they send me another message saying that item 2 was just restocked that day, but they did not have item 3 and would I take a different item instead so they could ship the order out to me asap.

This company will not provide tracking information and does not have any stock level indicator on their website. If they do not want to deal with you they will just ignore you. I wouldn't put it past them to have people on the inside giving them positive reviews here. I honestly couldn't see why anyone would give them 5 stars.

Even on the one order that I didn't have problems with, they were 20% more expensive and did not provide tracking information. It took a week longer than any other Australian company I've ever ordered from, which leads me to believe they are just drop-shipping from China wholesalers.

If you've bothered to read all of this, do yourself a favour and go directly to the China wholesaler (Gearbest, Fasttech, Vaporl, Vapesourcing). You will wait the same length of time and save some money.

OH yeah, the transaction details show up as "Vapsourcing" in netbank which lends more weight to my theory that they are just drop-shippers.

Terrible company.
