They aren't worth your time or money. I still haven't recieved my items. I'm still ignored when I request the tracking for my parcel. Bad customer service, incompetent staff. As far as I'm concerned they're a scam company.. I orded items that were supposed to be in stock and should have arrive in plenty of time for my partners birthday. I'm still waiting... I've reported their fb page as scam company.. And with such bad service it explains why they've turned off comments.. If my stuff hasn't arrived by Monday I'll be opening a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back..

Update: Still no delivery, still no tracking number, still no refund.. I've out in a despite with PayPal to try and recover my money. Even after putting in the dispute I still get the same auto response from Vapedna "please 2-3 buisness days" or "we'll update the tracking number soon" at this point I'm just hoping to recover my money...

New update: so today I finally got a tracking number. At this point in time all it did was prove that they hadn't sent the item when they said they had. But at least now, I may actually get my parcel. Not sure what's going to turn up.. At this point in time I'll be amazed if it's legit parts, I'm suspecting clones or reco parts... That's yet to be seen.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Another UPDATE!! So today my parcel arrived. I go to take my Profile unity out of the package. Get the shrink wrap off only to find the tank is cracked and the packaging inside the box is already damaged...

Honestly stay away from this website. You are gonna get lied multiples times and expect shipping to be at least 6 week long. Had to file a dispute case and they finally shipped.

Ordered, waited 3 weeks. Contacted them to be told they would check with the warehouse, another 3 days pass so contacted them again. Same story.
Long story short, I had to lodge a dispute with paypal and escalate it to get my money back. They'll give you the run around and string you along.

Place an order on 27th of Jan2019, email twice and said item will arrive week after. On 7th of Feb email again before file a dispute to Paypal,no reply, I did file a dispute and yes lodge a shipment about 2am following day, item received on the 11th of Feb with missing one item, worth $88, said “sent” with had writing, and guess what, I’m still waiting for that “sent”. Another thing is that parcel I received, one of them is frkn dodge, and used product with rewrap.
Stay away from this s**t ite !!!!

Finally got my order after fighting them non stop. Unbelievably bad experience i would not wish upon anyone. Online shopping should not be this bad. Just not worth buying off.

Lie about everything, don’t respond to emails or messages! Clearly just want to take your money.

Keep lying about waiting for a tracking number from a “warehouse”.

Chinese drop shippers. Worst experience.

If you like being ignored and / or lied to - order from this site. If you want to actually get what you order then go elsewhere.

Ordered a vape from this website emailed them 3 times to find out about the tracking number and when the vape should arrive. It’s been 16 days so far and no response and no vape. Do not use this website

Useless, got no tracking number. Device arrived defected. Doesn't work. I've emailed and messaged multiple times and they just ignore you, $60 out of pocket for nothing, just a useless mod I can't do anything with, customer service is terrible, go anywhere but here.

Unbelievably bad experience, took over 2 weeks to ship only after i created a dispute with paypal they sent it off.
Extremely poor communication and no tracking provided.
It has been over 4 weeks now and i still havnt recieved anything but a headache from them...

Same as the other poor reviews. I purchased over a week ago and still waiting. Although on the website it states tracking number provided, I requested numerous times and they just keep replying that more order has shipped and they are looking into it. Dodgy as.... no sign of my order, no tracking, automated responses to my queries. Stick with Vapoureyes in future, but they didn’t have the ProCore Conquer tanks for sale.
I’m calling the bank to dispute the transaction.

I have asked them for tracking information three times over the past week and they just keep saying they'll look into it and sorry for the delay. It also shouldn't take a week to ship within Australia, they don't provide any address details, and I can't seem to find an abn for them, so I'm very much doubting they are even here.

Do not buy from here.
Service takes way too long for an Aussie vendor. They did not provide a tracking number. They don't respond to support tickets. Lack of communication and transparency.
Almost 3 weeks and still waiting on my order. Don't settle for this company, quicker to order from the US or choose a different AU vape company.
