No Costumer Service or Payment

I got to the payout limit and tried to redeem my points, but I couldn’t! It said to put in my information and click the button to finalize, but there wasn’t a button! I’ve been trying to redeem my Points for almost a month now. I contacted them and waited 20 days and Still heard Nothing from them, so I wrote them Again. I got a response with a suggestion that didn’t fix the problem. They said to get back to them if needed, I have Several times and am getting NO HELP AT ALL!! Don’t waste your time with Unlocked, if you really need/want to Actually get paid!!!!

Access denied for payout and no help…

Access denied for payout and no help from the so called customer service. You can give them all your time for these surveys but as soon as it is time to redeem your points do NOT expect to get any type of compensation for your time. I am writing this review after getting ripped off. I only was able to get compensated 1 time and then after that i was able to get up to another payout and all the sudden that. I will not waste my time on this company anymore and please be wary of this business.

I have had enough points to Redeem now for a week but u can't redeem this site is not legit they said they have to validate my account before redeeming point but then I message them and ask them how long does the validation process take I get no response I will not be doing any more surveys until I am able to redeem my points

Suspended For No Reason With No Recourse

For no reason whatsoever I was suspended (which is always permanent and unrevokable) today. I had accumulated over 3500 points, which is now gone. Poof. No warning. Just locked out. I had been painfully careful not to be inaccurate or conflicting in my answers to numerous surveys. These people can't be trusted. Go elsewhere and avoid Unlock Surveys.

Scam Likely

Joined today, completed a few surveys, got a bonus for doing profile surveys. All using my actual information, all filled out thoughtfully, all taking about 20 minutes each, and making sure to select the correct answers when prompted by the surveys to see if I was paying attention (i.e. the questions where it tells you to pick a specific answer or to identify which items were in a picture to make sure you weren't a robot)

As I was less than 500 points from cashing out, my account got suspended with no information given. What a great way to get survey info for their partners without ever actually having to pay out any incentives. Avoid.

Delayed payment

​I am writing this review because my PayPal reward from Unlock Surveys is currently well past the expected processing time. I completed the requirements and redeemed my reward on 24th February, 2026, but the status remains "Pending."
​I have reached out to the support team to inquire about the delay, but I have yet to receive a helpful update or a timeline for when the funds will be released. I’ve enjoyed using the platform so far, but the lack of communication regarding payouts is disappointing. I hope to see this resolved soon. ​Transaction/Reference ID: 2649635986

Unfair Account Suspension And A Terrible Experience

Very disappointing experience with Unlock Surveys. I joined, followed all their Terms & Conditions, and spent time completing surveys honestly. I was even credited points for completed surveys.

Suddenly my account was permanently suspended for suspicious activity without any clear explanation. If I had violated any rules, I wouldn’t have been able to complete surveys successfully in the first place.

It’s unfair for anyone to spend their time completing surveys only to lose their account and points without transparency. I’ve contacted support and I’m still waiting for a proper explanation or resolution.

I hope this issue is reviewed and corrected.

I've emailed them about my account…

I've emailed them about my account review to cashout they responded saying Friday it should be completed it's Thursday and they permanently suspended my account without reason im furious 😠 all that hard work. Im really believing they are a scam at this point. I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt.

They did respond to my email and investigated my account and reinstated it. I was able to cashout for me it took an hour to receive payment but typically it takes a few business days. I changed my rating based on customer service. They were nice about but you have to be consistent with your issues towards them.

BS WEBSITE!

BS WEBSITE!! JUST FOUND THEM YESTERDAY STARTED DOING SURVEYS WAS DOING REALLY GOOD AND NOW ALL THE SUDDEN SINCE I'M 500 POINTS AWAY FROM GETTING THE 2500 IT BANNED MY ACCOUNT I WENT TO LOG BACK IN AND IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY BANNED FOR VIOLATION OF THEIR CONDITIONS I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL THAT I VIOLATED THEIR CONDITIONS!! IT'S BULL CRAP I WAS 500 POINTS AWAY AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN MY ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY BANNED REALLY!! SO THAT'S WHY I'M CALLING IT BS WEBSITE AND CON ARTIST!! Terrible experience, suspended Immediately After Completing a Survey after already reviewing my account

I’m honestly fed up. My account was reinstated not long ago, and I thought everything was finally fixed. But today, right after I finished a survey, the platform redirected me to my dashboard, the page refreshed by itself, logged me out, and when I tried to sign back and I was suspended AGAIN.

No warning. No message. No explanation. Just an instant auto ban the moment the survey completed.

At this point, it feels completely unfair and extremely frustrating. Getting banned immediately after completing a survey makes no sense at all. If they can’t maintain a stable or reliable system, users shouldn’t be punished for it.

Terrible experience, and honestly exhausting having to deal with this twice.

This is a total scam did all of there surveys and when I got to almost the time to cash out it locked me out of my account this was a total waste of time a they owe me $21 don't use this if you actually want to be paid

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest…

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest practice.
I wasted 60 full minutes completing a survey, answered every quality and attention-check question correctly, and the survey was approved.
A full week later, $5 was quietly deducted from my balance with no reason, no warning, and no explanation.
This is a clear abuse of users’ time and trust. Retroactively removing rewards after approval is unfair and unethical.
Until this behavior changes, I strongly do not recommend this platform to anyone

I only had 800 points left to…

I only had 800 points left to accumulate before I could cashout the $25 PayPal. While I was in the middle of a survey I was logged out!! When I tried to login all of a sudden my account is "permanently suspended" due to "terms and conditions violation " REALLY!!! I've been doing surveys for the last 3 days with no problem and now that I was close to my first cashout that happens! Definitely seems like a scam...1000337908 <- Ticket Number
