Although Austin was great and followed through with checking that my service with Unitel is ok, I'm still hopeful that the website is generating more leads to my business, so until I'm fully satisfied... See more

My partner was pressured into an internet advertising package in July 2024. They set up an agreement over the phone and emailed him documents to sign electronically, which he never signed.
Despite this, they insisted he was tied into a contract. He did agree initially verbally over the phone 4th July 2024 then after numerous phone calls regarding his payment details 11 July 2024, He contacted them repeatedly to say he was unhappy with the service, but they continued to pressure him.
He is not in good health, and the way they spoke to him made him feel he had no option to cancel.
They sent “stat reports” that were completely useless to him (he is colourblind), yet charged £298.80 a month for them.
When he challenged this, they became threatening over the phone, saying he had no choice but to pay.
After his card was stopped, unfortunately I was unaware they had escalated the situation by involving a debt enforcement agency and sending monthly payment links. Which he has been paying from his own account. This is still happening.
In my experience, their behaviour has been aggressive, misleading, and completely inappropriate — especially towards someone vulnerable.

Didn’t get any justice by paying them with ZERO business for the money I paid. They said they did a lot but I saw absolutely no results.
Now they are forcing me to pay for another 12 months subscription because I didn’t email them to cancel even though the last 6-8 months I have explained regularly to them I am not happy with their service and extremely disappointed and felt my Money has been completely wasted.
Rather than understanding they are forcing me to pay for the whole 12 months again or they will are threatening court action

Extremely disappointing and stressful…
Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Unitel Direct. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!
Over the past few years my small business has been sold multiple “SEO” and marketing services that have turned out to be completely unnecessary and vastly overpriced for what is actually being delivered. What started as a basic service gradually turned into thousands of pounds per year in additional products that were repeatedly upsold.
When I finally reviewed the services in detail it became clear that much of the work described is generic SEO boilerplate that most web hosting or basic marketing packages already include.
In January 2026 I formally requested cancellation in writing. I have since found multiple emails confirming this request and clearly stating that I wanted everything cancelled and that I did not authorise further work.
Despite this, Unitel Direct have continued to insist the contract has rolled over for another 12 months and are refusing to cancel services unless an outstanding balance is paid first.
Even more concerning is the way the situation has been handled since raising the dispute. I have received repeated phone calls throughout the day followed by WhatsApp messages threatening legal action if I do not immediately respond. This is not an appropriate or professional way to deal with a genuine contractual dispute with a small business.
Instead of attempting to reach a reasonable solution, the approach appears to rely on pressure tactics and intimidation.
I have now formally disputed the charges and requested copies of the signed contract, a full breakdown of services and confirmation that no further charges will be raised.
My advice to any small business considering working with Unitel Direct is don’t do it!
Unfortunately this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing supplier experiences we have encountered as a business.

Poor service
I had a problem with my wifi which I reported mid January, I was sent a new router but this would not connect to my digital phone. I have continued to request help but we're now into March and I still have no wifi. As a small business it has been extremely challenging, embarrassing in front of customers and upsetting, not to mention loss of earnings. The staff are always polite and assure me they're doing everything they can but I still have no wifi. I sent a complaint email last week and did not even receive an apology in their response. I certainly regret entering a contract with this company and will not be renewing.

DREADFUL COMPANY
Everything is wrong with this company. We no longer want to be associated with Unitel but struggle year on year to cancel the service. It isn't good value for service, we have paid them thousands over our time and for what ? Not one, NISH, NARDAR, NOTHING. Not one enquiry from our website, which, they actually piggy back on from Webahead. The money we paid should have created a new page entirely. We don't appreciate the fact that they cannot TRANSPARENTLY supply a cancellation date/s for any of our contracts. They basically want you to miss the cancellation opportunity so they can basically relieve you of your hard earned cash for another millennia! Horrible company to deal with, certainly one I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Not one good word to say. The way they conduct business is disgusting. We are now paid up for another term..... let us cancel, walk away, you've had our cash... take it with our thanks and do nothing. But oh no, not let you go that easy. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THESE INDIVDUALS. YOU'LL NOT GET AWAY. EASIER TO CLOSE THE COMPANY AND START AGAIN LEAVE WELL ALONE.

Majestic Event Hire
We have been with Unitel for 3 years now and I must say was a little sceptical about this kind of service. Michelle and Melissa have been involved I’m my accountant from the start, created great alternative domain name website pages that help direct more clients to our main site. These pages now rank all on the first page of Google. This does take time but once you’re up there they do maintain the SEO, keeping you on the first page of search engines. It’s a service that once you buy into it you’ll have to keep it going otherwise these sites will drop down the search ranking's. Be prepared to go for the long term not short term to see the real results.
Thanks for the good work Unitel and look forward to the continued support.
