Easily Support appear to be overwhelmed . 16 days without email and long gaps between responses though that does include the Easter break. 5 day week office hour support does not fill the need.

I’ve been with Easily for a long long time. Always reliable and I’ve never had reason to move. After a recent mistake when I forgot to renew a domain, I was helped to rectify the problem very speedily by great support person here in the UK. Recommend.

I have been with Easily for around 25 years when I first bought my business domain and have put off moving it to be with all my other domain names. They are a brilliant company and can't recommend them off. Christopher handled my move away from them so quickly and professionally. Much appreciated.

First thing to say is the customer service was excellent. Quick replies, good information and lots of patience dealing with our issue with our e-mail. That's the positive.
The negative however is that the Easily control panel is possibly the most confusing and poorly designed web portal I've ever used. It looks like it was made in the mid 90s, lots of pages are completely blank, navigation is appalling and you regularly get stuck in a loop. It needs a total overhaul, with someone in charge of that process who has a track record in user interface design and understands usability.

For 13 years Easily have supported my business by providing domain names and webmail support. On any occasion I needed assistance, they have been very professional and quick to respond. Due to retirement I am now closing/deleting my account. In that regard, the service I have received from Christopher McGuinness in the support team has been very class.

Whilst they say that they will respond with 24 to 72 hours, it was not unusual to get a response by return email from Christopher McGuiness. I was not an easy customer for them but their responses were detailed and relating exactly to my query. I was quite surprised.

We have now learnt that in response to any queries we should always use the same "Ticket" number - this is their reference number given when contacting the support team and this helps them. Once we 'd done the that the whole thing has now been happily, and swiftly resolved! Us oldies (both in our 70's) do find using computers to resolve issues tricky - being able to contact a real person does generally help. We are happy now that we have achieved our renewal! Thank you Easily!

I’m waiting on important emails and I cannot send or receive. Says password incorrect but I’ve not changed anything. No phone number to speak to anyone. I can’t wait 3-5 days for a response. I need someone to call me urgently please. I need someone to physically talk me through what to do. Check your emails I have sent for my number. Sent from different email address.

I have used easily for many years and they used to be great, but since they were bought out their service and attitude is abysmal. Email stops working, impossible to reach customer service, incompetent staff. AVOID. I have been forced to change suppliers. there is no telephone contact and email contact is ignored.

I have been trying to get support for a billing issue since February 3, 2026 but despite sending several emails to the Easily team, have yet to receive any sort of response from them. My issue relates to an overcharge and it's very frustrating trying to deal with Easily's customer service.

I received no notification or advance warning whatsoever that my domain name was approaching expiration.
Renewing wasn't straightforward either. There was no option to log in to the customer portal and pay directly; instead, I had to contact support and go through multiple back-and-forth emails over several days just to complete a simple renewal. There appears to be no phone support available, which made the process unnecessarily slow and stressful—especially since domains have a grace period where timely renewal avoids extra fees or risks.
While the grace period did allow me to renew eventually without losing the domain, the overall experience was frustrating and inefficient. I expect modern self-service tools, reliable automated reminders, and faster support from a domain registrar.
As a result, I'll be transferring my domain(s) to a more user-friendly provider (like one with transparent portals, auto-renew options, and better support) next year once it's safely renewed.

Responding to Easily reply to my review.
No response or explanation as to why I wasn't notified that my domain was expiring has been offered.
Two options for renewal were set out in the email Easily sent after the domain had expired, but only one was applicable to my situation. This is what the email says:
"If your domain is not set to automatically renew, please follow these steps:
• Log in to your Easily Control Panel.
• Navigate to My Account > Payments and ensure you have a valid payment method on file.
• Once confirmed, contact our support team at ......"
There was no option to renew via your portal, as your instructions make clear.
The tone of the response leaves something to be desired. I might have stayed with Easily if they had accepted that they should have informed me that my domain was expiring and that maybe offering an online renewal option would be a good idea, along with some phone support.
