Hoverboard broken within the warranty period
Hoverboard was purchased in lockdown and it has broke (it’s only been used a handful of times)!! I have made numerous attempts to contact UK Big Buy and no one has responded nor contacted me which is extremely frustrating. I have a very upset child and may have to purchase a new one if I can’t get it fixed which doesn’t seem very fair under the circumstances!!

Very impressed with their service
Very impressed with their service. 7 months after being bought my son’s hoverboard started playing up. They arranged collection, fixed it and then delivered it back FOC. My only complaint is that id like to be able to communicate on the phone more easily but other than that highly recommend them

Poor quality hover kart.
I ordered a hover kart for my son which he was really excited about receiving. The instructions were not great but we managed to put it together. We managed about 10 minutes before the straps snapped. I raised the issue and they did replace the straps, hence 2 rather than 1 star but these also lasted about 10 minutes (they were very clear that the replacement was a one time only thing). A waste of £80 and a design fault with the kart.

Very quick delivery after ordering. The segway itself works perfectly though it's relatively heavy. I chose this one due to the 1 year guarantee and downloadable manual, which other sellers didn't have.
