Quick delivery...Christmas present so can't maje any comment yet on my purchase

The weans needed a new battery for there Hoverboard.. couldnae find it anywhere..en found it on here ... Bought wan day ,delivered the next day...nae complaints,goods purchased, goods delivered .... Happy weans Happy grandad. Noo am away fishing coz there driving me nuts.😀

Very disappointed with this product I wouldn't recommend it. It makes very very loud announcement (I can hear this all over my house) saying 'the bluetooth is ready to pair'. It isn't possible to turn this down or off and I feel it is really intrusive and unsociable. There is also no information on the website that tells you that this is going to happen. Additionally on the website it clearly says that you can use the hover board inside and outside but in the instruction booklet it says 'for indoor use only'.
I am in the process of trying to return this product but UK Big Buy are trying to charge me £30 to return it. I don't think this is fair as there is no way I could have known about the noise issue and the fact that you couldn't use the product outside. In fact I feel it is mis-selling as it says clearly on the website for indoor and outdoor use.

Bought a G2 Pro and K5 cart, unfortunately G2 had Bluetooth problem & cart had seat mounting problem. Yes a bit annoying but was pleasantly surprised that UKBigBuy were true to their word regarding customer service. After a few email correspondences I was offered a Full Replacement for both items. Apart from the small manufacturing defects both cart and the board are of exceptional quality as was customer service. Just hope when new items arrive, without any problems, they perform as well as originals.

Nuts/bolts missing. My son Opened on Christmas morning and as his main gift he was heartbroken that it couldn’t be used. Will be going to the hardware store to try and get the missing parts.

Delivery was great, product was poorly fitting as a replacement.

The charging cable has broken off in the hoverboard so it can no longer be charged and therefore unusable. My son got it last Christmas so he’s had it less than a year. They have told me that this is not covered under the warranty and it was purchased on 16th December so the warranty has run out (this was on 22nd). They are not taking into account the fact that I received it a week after I purchased it online and that my son wouldn’t have opened it until Christmas Day. Also, it’s black and scratches extremely easily. It quickly wasn’t looking very shiny and new when we first got it so we covered it in black masking tape to protect the finish. I wouldn’t advise buying this product as it lasted less than a year and they are not flexible in working with you if something goes wrong. When something is a few days out of warranty it is to the companies discretion whether they choose to help out the customer or not, so message receives loud and clear as they are not prepared to do so. They have also said they advised the hoverboard to be siliconed but I don’t remember seeing anything about that. Don’t buy from these people the products are bad quality made I. China and mine lasted less than a year.

I must say I respect this Company they Called to say they were going to refund me due to a glitch on there system and they apologised massively and I’m really happy with what they did and called 10/10 for great customer services and my delivery was really quick aswell 👍🏼
