Training is so much better now!

Working with Ryan has completely changed the way I feel about the gym. I started with very little confidence around lifting, but he’s helped me build both my strength and self-belief by reframing how I think about training. It’s had a huge positive impact on both my physical and mental health, and I genuinely enjoy going to the gym now. Couldn’t recommend Ryan enough!

Training with Ryan = best decision ever!

Training with Ryan has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. He’s not only knowledgeable and motivating, but also genuinely caring and supportive. He always goes the extra mile, checks in, encourages you when you’re struggling, and truly wants the best for his clients. He also tailors my workouts to suit my health conditions, which has made such a huge difference to both my confidence and progress.
Since training with him, I’ve lost weight, gone from prediabetic to a normal blood sugar range, and lowered my blood pressure — and that’s all in just 10 months. I’m so grateful for all the support, motivation, and positivity he brings to every session. Highly recommend!

Having struggled with weight loss

Having struggled with weight loss, and exercise discipline, Ryan was vey patient yet encouraging in getting me to achieve my goals. It was never about just getting paid, he took personal account of me achieving my goals. In a very short time I started seeing the results when I kept to attending his sessions and implementing his advice.

Great guy who is excellent at what he does.

Working with Ryan has been great

Working with Ryan has been great! He's helped me stay consistent but also change my mindset around fitness and nutrition. Not only have I seen the best results but classes are competitive, challenging but also enjoyable. Compass Reformation has been what I've needed for my fitness goals and habits!

Excellent PT

Ryan has been an amazing PT. I had zero confidence in the gym before I started working with him, but now I have a strong base and some great workout plans. His knowledge and reassurance is 10/10.

Positive energy every session

Started training with Ryan around 6/7 months ago and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey so far. He always brings such good energy to every session and keeps you motivated, even on the days you really can’t be bothered 😂

What I like most is that sessions never feel repetitive or boring, and he knows how to push you to improve without making it feel overwhelming. I’m still on my journey, but I’ve already noticed changes in my confidence and consistency.

Excited to see what the future brings and how much more progress I can make with his support. Definitely recommend Ryan if you want a PT who genuinely cares and makes training enjoyable.

Supportive, motivating & easy to train with

Ryan is highly professional and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals.
Every session is well-structured and tailored, which keeps things both challenging and enjoyable. His preparation for our sessions be it indoors or outdoors is unmatched. He has a positive attitude and motivates you even when the body doesn’t will!

As a woman, feeling safe and comfortable with a trainer is so important, and that’s something I’ve genuinely appreciated. I’ve always felt completely at ease during sessions.

He is 100% highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive & an effective PT. Pretty much the only bill I pay joyfully!

Never Surrender - Compass is here!

I have been training with Ryan Compass at his weekend boot camps and can honestly say he’s one of the most dedicated and encouraging PTs I’ve ever worked with.

Ryan’s sessions are always challenging but enjoyable and very motivating, no matter what your fitness level. He brings great energy and humour and makes everyone feel included, offering helpful guidance and celebrating our success.

If you’re looking for a PT who genuinely cares and knows how to get results while keeping things positive, Ryan is the one!

Ryan is a great personal training

Ryan is a great personal trainer I have had the pleasure of him training me for a few years. My body transformation has been amazing and I owe it all to him.

His customer service and focus on you as a client is amazing, I have nothing but good things to say about this guy.

Enjoyment of having a Personal Trainer

Never in a thousand years did I think I be so happy from seeing the transformation of my body dropping 2 dress sizes from seeing that my blood pressure is now in the normal zone. This is all down to my personal trainer Ryan. Ryan who had given me confidence to work out in the gym floor by myself Ryan who had shown me the right techniques when training. No two sessions are the same. Ryan makes you feel like you are capable of doing anything. He gives up his time for you. He gives you motivation he makes you feel good about yourself. He teaches you the right techniques and where to position your hand when lifting a bar. Sometimes you might not feel like training or you might be down but after that session with Ryan you are in top of the world. So thank you

Excellent personal training sessions

Ryan is an excellent personal trainer. He knows how to keep me motivated, but makes training fun. He also devised a food plan for me. In 6 months I reached my target weight, and feel mentally and physically much stronger. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
