Alma has been very good and helpful,I will definitely recommend

Paul comprehensively overhauled our TV reception system including a new antenna. He responded quickly to my service request, attends at the time he stated and let me know when he was on the way. He showed me each of the worn components and how the fixes had brought signal strength and quality back to normal. I can highly recommend Paul for you TV and communication needs.

I've read good reviews but unfortunately the engineer failed to turn up three days in a row to give an assessment. The first day there was no notification at all, they just didn't turn up. The second day they called at lunch time and cancelled. The third day they called late afternoon and cancelled. So customer service has been terrible. I shall find someone else.

I called them yesterday to address the issue with StarLink
Their so-called engineer turned up. This engineer did not know anything about starlink. The internet was intermittent but their so-called engineer managed to kill it al-together and did not how to re-configure it.

When I first spoke to their so-called engineer, I could make out in 10s that this guy does not know anything about starlink. Many people will not know that this guy does not know anything about the issue he is trying to address. So you will pay call-out charges. The company got a job, has to send someone and get paid. Does not matter if the guy knows anything or not about the topic.
I will not stop here and will complain to watch-dogs to stop this robbery in daylight.

I am currently still waiting for customer services to get back to me about sub standard work! And the mess they left! I do not recommend these to anybody.

Terrible service, extremely unreliable. I booked with Paul Davies TV Aerial a month ago to wall mount a 77” TV. Reconfirmed the booking two weeks before.

On the day of installation no communication from them. I had a morning booking, after calling them at 1330 on the day. I ask for an update. An hour later I get a call he can’t come today…. So I rebooked for the Saturday morning. Again I had to chase them to find out what was going on. I got told they can’t do it and I had to re-book on Monday. I’d already explained that Monday wouldn’t be possible due to work.

Very unhelpful, not really bothered about customer service…. The only saving grace is a National installer was able to come out today (Saturday). They’ll now get the work to do a full
7.2.4 ATMOS speaker installation!

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The engineer, Alma, was a very pleasant young man and well mannered. He did an excellent job in installing a new aerial when I changed from Sky to EE, which entailed a rewiring job in my loft. He also had to take my 55” TV off the wall and run new cables into the wall to connect with the aerial on the roof.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend Alma to anybody needing this type of work.

My 90-year-old mother was charged £150 for a 15-minute service visit, after being told the fee would be “one five,” which she reasonably understood as £15. She was shocked to find £150 debited from her account.
We’re not disputing the need to pay for the visit, but this level of charge—especially under unclear communication with a vulnerable elderly person—is excessive and unfair.
Despite raising this with Home Services Group, we've had no satisfactory response. We’re now considering escalating to Citizens Advice and her bank. Very disappointed by the lack of empathy or accountability.

Alma was very helpful with the work ,we will definitely recommend him again and the company,job well done

"Repair" unsuccessful! Faults on audio and visuals on TV not resolved. Engineer suggested call back if faults became worse!
Company found to be very difficult to deal with and refusal to return money paid - over £100 - for "repair" not acceptable.
Do not use this Company!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF

Update: Issue Resolved After Delays
I originally left a negative review after paying £106.80 and having four visits without the problem being resolved. I was receiving the wrong ITV region, and communication was quite poor at first.

However, I’m pleased to say the issue has now been resolved. A very polite and helpful engineer came out today, fitted a new aerial, and everything is now working correctly — with no extra charge.

Thank you to the team for finally sorting it out and delivering the service as promised.

Rang Monday to book a visit Tuesday was told engineer would call after 09.00am when on is way waited till 12.00pm rang to confirm visit was told engineer would call between 15.00pm and 16.00pm got a call at 17.00pm saying engineer stuck on another job and would not be attending waited all day not very impressed.

Phoned Paul Davies,agreed for engineer to call next day.
Engineer phoned at 8.15am next day to advise of visit time and he arrived punctually.

Problem was diagnosed quickly,problem corrected and the engineer (John) was off on to his next job.

Company were on the ball and very quick with their response time.Engineer was very polite and professional in his approach.

The cost of the visit and the work carried was very reasonable and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Called got an appointment very quickly, turned up on time, diagnosed the issue, agreed price and work done. No complaints, very efficient and seemed reasonable cost.

Arrived at agreed time and quickly provided options and costings to resolve my problem. Work was effectively carried out.

Came when arranged.....got on with the job, no fuss. really friendly would use again if needed.

We rang at 20.40 and an engineer was with us at 2pm! We already had an aerial but another company had left us with complicated tuning and wiring problems. Vinny came, was knowledgeable, quick, friendly and had all the skills needed to sort us out. What a helpful and clever engineer! Many thanks to everyone at Paul Davies.
