Whole process from buying online to delivery went very smoothly. Got a telephone call to ask if delivery could be put back one day. This wasn't a problem but I asked for delivery to be prioritised. Driver called when 20 minutes away and delivery was completed first thing in the morning. Driver was very helpful and put the two pallets exactly where I asked in our driveway. The tutf was good quality although some pieces were smaller than others or had rough ends/edges or missing pieces but most pieces were uniform. I laid the turf the same day and so far (almost one week) it is looking good. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend Turfitt.

Delivered on morning we asked for website helpful for advice ,we were laying it on the same afternoon it was delivered but a lot had already dried out which meant the first lots rolls tore easily and some rolls appeared thinner and had a yellowed area on a few strips

Lovely grass great quality and grew from the day it was down. Now looks like a wonderful lawn in less than two weeks.

Got a quote requested on site visit, told someone would call to arrange. 3weeks later called again. Few days later an abrupt man phoned said they were busy. Quote given was rubbish as they didn't know what they were doing. Said was in area would be round in 10mins. I say not possible am not home, He asks if he can see it! Told no. Said would phone back 3 weeks ago have not had a call. Disgusting I thought this was a reputable company. Rude staff!!

Excellent service and a good quality product, would highly recommend to all.

I was going to call at 9 o'clock and ask when to expect delivery.
I nipped along to a garden centre to buy a sprinkler. And when I was there, the delivery driver called me to say he was at my house.
He waited 5 minutes for me to return and unloaded he turf and soil exactly where I wanted it. Extremely helpful, careful and curtious.

Delivery guy was very helpful, found our place - which is not easy, and placed it as close as possible to where it was needed. Like last purchases - turf is great and aftercare leaflet helpful.

Turf was delivered on time and following all the instructions on the order. Really lovely quality, I had to install the day after delivery so was a bit worried but the turf has been down for two weeks now and looks stunning. Top quality product and will definitely use Turffit again when I do the front garden. Highly recommended!

Good quality turf. Easy to order. I received good and helpful advice on the phone. Ordered online when I was ready for the turf. It arrived in the morning of the day I asked for the delivery. Driver was great, and had forklift to deliver it onto my drive. My house isn't easy to find, but driver called to check directions just before, and offered advice on watering the turf after laying. Great service from a local firm. Highly recommend. Friends who have received turf from Turfitt all have great looking lawns.

Great delivery lad very helpful and unloaded pallet where we wanted grass been down for 12 days now and looking great. Weather has been very dry so we watered grass morning and night for a good hour to water all areas...looks really green and lush. Definitely recommend turrfit

Faultless - from ordering to delivery. Delivery driver very helpful, offered advice about where to start laying the turf (I’m a 74 year old widow!). The turf is super quality and I am delighted with it!! My daughter recommended Turfitt and I would recommend anyone looking for turf look no further than Turfitt. Fantastic result - thank you!
