Turf was delivered on time, obviously freshly cut and was easy to lay. We have kept it well watered for the past week and it is now growing well.

Good service. Ordered online and picked up 30 mins later. Used the turf to repair lawn after a digger had been doing drain repairs to my soakaway. Now looks good again.

Excellent service! Both times I phoned after ordering online and both times I managed to get delivery within 24 hours - we do live within 5 miles or so though! Quality of turf is exceptional and lush green and has taken very quickly. Best turf my husband has ever laid! Staff on phone very friendly and helpful, a joy to deal with :-)

Turf and top soil was good enough. My landscapers told me that Turffit took the pallets back and refunded the cost of the pallet so I called the office and confirmed with one of the customer sales reps. The driver then took all the pallets away (12 in total).

I waited 2 weeks for the refund of the pallets so called the office to be told by a very rude woman that they didn't take pallet backs and basically inferred I was lying. Why would I lie, and why would the driver take all the pallets back? To help me out apparently! I asked for them to return the pallets as they could be put to other use, I was told they would return them but that's been over 6 weeks. Think they need to treat their customers with a bit of respect and decency.
