I absolutely love my spa, works perfect and heats up so fast, very impressed and can’t leave without it now. Excellent costumer service, definitely recommend it

We bought the lazy-spa San Francisco. There is 5 of us and so the bigger hot tub was deemed a better option and it had seats too. The product was delivered on a pallet and I brought everything into the back garden. Opening up the boxes, I proceeded to put the hottub together. Easy enough to follow the instructions and after a brief period, we had a blown up hottub ready for filling. Took about an hour or so to fill with water. Chemicals added and cover used. From the next day we enjoyed our new hot tub. It's been used nearly every day now, we have a gazebo over the hottub to give some cover and privacy. Overall really glad we bought this model. Very happy with our purchase.

Like many people I experienced problems with an Evri delivery (non-delivery).
Lay-Z-Spa customer services sorted problem for me by sending out my order with a different courier.

I had to buy a new inflation valve after buying a replacement liner. The new valve was because the design had changed and my old one no longer fitted. So had to also pay the delivery fee too. Not tried it yet. Other than that it's fine

I have used my Vegas Airjet Spa maybe 3 times and when it started deflating we contacted them.
They kept me on the line for a long time and asked me to send an email with the information necessary. They promised me to get me an answer by the end of the day.
After sending all the information, they didn't get back to me for two days. I called again and they said they never received anything and they can't solve it.
Now I need to send everything again, I have no solution and I am hoping that they receive something. If their system is failing, then I am the one suffering it. They cover themselves with 'nothing has arrived' and they can't do anything about it.
Meanwhile, I am the one wasting my time over and over again.

They delivered the wrong hot tub and then cancelled the delivery of the correct order just the day before my daughter’s party which left me with no choice but to hire one at the last minute . Communication was poor and the shipping company that they had contracted is very unreliable and not held accountable for anything. Very poor customer service no apology, no compensation and very delayed refunds only after raising a formal grievance .
I would not recommend it to my friends.

The goods were not delivered to the correct address. They were delivered to the right postcode but not to the correct house. They were left at the local pub.it took several days to work out where they were.

I Purchaed a Lay Z Spa Paris 4 years ago from The Range I stupidly thought It would be a cheap alternative to a ridged tub.
What a mistake !!!

Aside from the very poor service I received from the seller - The range ( as I didn't open or use the tub until 2 months after I bought it - due to new decking being constructed ) I have had nothing other than problems with the Tub and the time consuming after sales service.
When this product works - its very very good - and if your going to buy one and use it once a month - draining it after each use - then yes it might last you beyond your 2 years warranty - but if you intend to use it on a regular basis - forget it !!
All - yes ALL the parts of my Paris hot tub failed - the lights didn't work with the remote from day one - the inflatable lid leaked air after about a month of using it - the lid was replaced under warranty - but the replacement leaked also - Then the main liner developed a large Egg ( a seam had split ) after 12 months - the outer cover handle broke - then the lights packed up completely so I bouught new ones - then the pump started to play up - we had the pump repaired - but it didn't last and eventually after Bestway had replaced the liner ( what a massive job ! ) the brand new liner started taking in water - Bestway refuesd to help and eventaually the tub just collapsed so many emails to Bestway - brough nothing - so I gave up - and now its going to the tip !
The WORST part however - WARNING TO ALL - is the SHEER COST !!! the price of running this thing - was over £100 a month in Electricity !! ( when its working ) add to that all the chemicals - and that's a stagering £1300 a Year on top of the low purchase price.
Yes we loved it - when it worked - but out of 4 years I think I got less than a year out of it working at all properly - this is by no means acceptable.
You can buy a WAVE - or M-SPA - Hybrid Semi Ridged Tub for around £1000- £1200 that will cost you less than £2 a day to run and will certainly last more than 2 years - so that's over 2 years a total investment of around £1750 - for a lot more luxury and kerb appeal - compare that to the Lay-Z-Spa Blow up tub that used daily for 2 years would be at the end of its usefull life worthless - cost you £480 to buy - and £2600 to run !!!! Total cost - £3080 !! thats over £1300 MORE for a far worse product !! SURELY THATS A NO BRAINER !!

I seriously CAN'T reccommend these tubs !! Never - even if Bestway replaced it all free of charge - I wouldn't use it as its just so expensive to run
Do your homework first and the maths - Look at Hybrid tubs that use soild panels - and much better insulation - along with proper insulated covers and quieter more efficiant pumps. Good Luck !!

In the End I went for a Wave Tahoe with cover - this is a Hybrid Ridged Hybrid with interlocking insulating solid foam panels - and an inflatable inner sleeve - looks totally a world apart from the Lay-Z-Spa cheap plastic - has full WiFI control - and better bubble management - much more silen pump - and its also a third of the price to run over the Lay-Z-Spa - and in 12 months I will have saved more that the full purchase price of the new tub!!

My liner was damaged in transit Lay-Z-spa we quick to exchange it no problem fast and efficient.

Purchased the Maldives inflatable hot tub and what a fantastic hot tub it is

As other people have commented lid is slightly smaller so it slips out of the cover frequently.
Still functional though.

My first experience of a lazy spa and we absolutely love it, we have the Toronto the structure is sturdy, incased pump and the bubbles are fantastic. I’m in it most days for a wee bit of aqua therapy and relaxation. Definitely worth every penny.

Sad courier service attempting but not attempting delivery 3 times until I cancelled.
Can’t believe they say 4 days? Not much effort except a weak apology on email by this company that I now wait for refund. I don’t think they understand that just one person not making an effort can do shame to a big great business. Hopefully someone in management will step up next time. Every customer is important.

Bought a small and large water stopper cap for my Maldives hot tub. Both arrived soon time and did the job.
