I had acidentally requested ongoign subscription (not intended to do so). I wrote to the trueplay to cancel. They not only promtly cancelled but agreed to Refund as well Thanks Kevin

Scammy....refused refund

Scammy...
The app was incorrectly downloaded when I was attempting a parking payment... the link said free, then charged me £1 for registering my card, It looked like I was paying for parking. When requesting a refund- they stated it was not in their T&C, however a quick search indicated: TruPlayGames.com: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing. After this time the TruPlay Games Customer Support Team will review and consider each case submitted.

This is a scam and it has happened to…

This is a scam and it has happened to me also. I thought I was buying a laptop tray online and they have taken my card details and trueplay digital keep taking payments out of my account each day.

This is basically Fraud

This is basically Fraud ! I found money deducted from my account to subsribe in this website and i had nothing to do with that ! And when i ask them for my money back they say they don't do refunds ??? This is unacceptable .
