Truplay digital a scam company

Truplay digital is a scam company. I was charged 2 times on my credit card and had never heard of them. I reported them for fraud to my bank and I reached out to them to let them know. They told me I had signed up for a subscription and had been sent an email to tell me I could cancel. I checked my emails, trash folder and spam...i had never recieved an email. They then told me that if I changed my review on trust pilot they would refund me(basically blackmail) I never recieved a refund and I suspect most people have had to change their reviews and say they were promised refunds but I doubt any have recieved them. These people need to be investigated for fraud!

Scam. Raise a disputed transaction with your card provider to get money back

These people get you to inadvertently sign up to a service without realising it. In my case they appear to have inserted themselves into a Three mobile authentication process, taken a 10p payment to confirm my identity (I thought this was Three), then charged me £41.99 for a "membership" service I did not sign up for. Like others scammed in this way, they have now stopped responding to messages and have not refunded the money they have taken. What you need to do in this position is raise a dispute via your credit/debit card issuer, explaining that money has been taken from your account without permission or agreement. You should be able to claim this back through your card provider.

Would give zero stars but to write a review you need to give at least 1. This is a scam and they pop up when you are doing something entirely different and you don't realise, then it is extremely hard to cancel and their customer support are rude and when you ask what they are and tell them they are a scam they tell you they have cancelled your account and have a zero tolerance to fraud yet then try to take further payments had to report them and change my bank details.

This is scam!!!

This is scam, they appear like some ad that you can not recognize, you think that you are paying for some other service - and they steal 28,90 eur from my account. When I asked for refund, they told that they can not make refund - for the service I didn't want. They just stopped answering.

Update: they are answering every few days. Sometimes in my language, sometimes in some other language that I don'underatand..always the same copy-paste answer: they are promising for a lat few months and cca 100 emails that they will return me money in 5-7 days, but I have to leave here a 5-star review. What a cheaters and bullies..
