Bad car
The car does not handle even a minimal amount of snow at all. On the second day after the rental, a wrench warning light appeared on the dashboard. The rear wiper blade fell off, and when it was drizzling, the rear wiper often turned on automatically, which could have scratched the rear window. In addition, the rear left light stopped working.

Super Honest Review and Experience from them
We arrived on time at Bulgaria. We called their shuttle service as when we exited the terminal 2, there was no shuttle waiting. Upon calling them, they said that it is on the way and will be there for a few minutes. Their office is just 8 minutes away. We waited for 60 minutes. Yes 1 hour. I called them again and told us that it will be there in 5 minutes, but we waited 15 minutes more. Once it arrived, we were not able to hop on it as they were a lot of customers waiting. So we had to wait another shuttle for 10 minutes more.
Once we got to the office, to be fair the service was good. They had lots of staff and the process was systematic and went smoothly.
We got the car we booked then after a day, while we were on our way to Rila
monestery, 1 hour far away from Sofia center, the car got errors. All the assist turned off. ABS system offline, a lot of dashboard errors that will make you worry and stop somewhere before it gets worse.
We called them and they were quick to answer, they told us to return the car back at their office for a replacement. We returned at their office and received a replacement. The process once again we’re very systematic. The staff are nice and well trained.
Honestly could’ve been a 5 star but all the hassle and the time lost was just difficult for us as we have scheduled days and with the hassle we went through we had to reschedule everything.
The rental cars are great. The staff are nice. Could’ve been perfect if this didn’t happen to us.

Great pick up
Great pick up, smooth and simple. Car was exactly what we needed and very economical.
One star deducted as there was a bit of a wait on the drop off due to only one staff member being available to deal with a queue of customers.. fortunately we were first in the queue, but if we hadn't been it would have delayed our check-in.
In fairness, they did offer drop and go, so we didn't have to wait, but - call me a cynic - I always like to know my deposit is coming back before I leave!

Car rental January 2026
The kiosk within the terminal was closed upon arrival. Able to ring phone numbers provided and collection was within minutes. The collection process was thorough, with good explanation and reasonably quick. The car was very clean with no defects and drove well.
The drop off took 45 minutes, due to a small queue in office of people collecting vehicles. The inspection of the vehicle was thorough, quick and no defects were identified. The shuttle bus to the airport took 20 minutes to arrive. The block on the credit card to reflect the excess was removed immediately. Overall the rental price was reasonable, the car and the service provided were excellent. I would definitely use this company again, they are far more professional and scrupulous in comparison to some of their competitors.

Used the services of this rental…
Used the services of this rental company extensively during last year and overall experience is amongst the best in this industry. However, the last vehicle used spoiled the excellent impression so far. It developed numerous technical problems and it this make and model car appears to be inadequate and fragile for this purpose. It also highlighted the need of more involved on the road technical assistance.
With all that said- definitely will continue using this company’s services.

Excellent service from the stat to the end of the booking. Easy to book, to pick and to return the car. Staff are exceptionally good even at 3 am in the morning at -3* degrees when we had to return the car before our flights. They pick you up and drop you off to the terminal although the office is at the entrance of the airport. Top of the top!
