Well, what can I say from a premium brand like TT.
From sales, customer services to after sales team... they have been amazing.
My conversation & correspondence was with a lady called Susie from TT. She went above & beyond to assist me with a exchange process I needed for my premature baby.
Her mannerism, personal touch & insight for my circumstances were so heartfelt.
My overall experience with TT was great & I'll be for sure coming back as a customer.

I had issues with bottles fading and the customer service team Anthony rectified the issue by sending replacement bottles. I am very happy with the products and so is baby. I also use breast pumps by tommee tippee and think these are amazing too. Very good company and products :) I definitely will continue to purchase my baby products from here and am really excited to try new products for weaning etc in the future :)

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with Tommee Tippee’s customer service was absolutely amazing.
When I first contacted customer service, I thought no one had responded for two days. It turned out there was a technical error on the website, and I simply hadn’t received any of their messages. I started a new conversation, and this time it worked perfectly. The lady helping me kindly copied and pasted our previous conversation and asked if I could now see the messages. That reassured me I hadn’t been ignored — it was just a website glitch.
I explained the issue with my product, and they kindly offered me spare parts, which was fantastic. They prepared my package very quickly, and I received it in no time.
I’m already using several Tommee Tippee products and I’m very happy with them all. They make my daily life so much easier ☺️ I can trust Tommee Tippee 100% — their products work perfectly, and if anything does go wrong, you know you’ll get excellent help.

The website stops you from buying what you need and limit to stock quantity is only 4 items of the same in a basket is allowed so to purchase dummies teats and bottles youre only allowed 4 at a time so someone like me that has 12 normal bottles for breast milk and 6 anti colic bottles for formula I need 18 teats to swap for the correct age group now I need to purchased 9 packets of teats that means I have to make 3 separate transactions and pay fees and delivery just to get my one order just for my bottles let alone dummies. The system needs to change now for parents to be able to purchase as much as they need and arrive all in one go because I have spent a week going in and out of stores with no stock on the shelf to get what my baby needs hence why I go onto the website to purchase everything I need in one go to have a stress free experience but its just made it worse.

Have had a Tommee Tippee weighted straw cup for about 4 months, and the weight has started coming off the straw (which then means the any-way-up bit doesn't work). Fine that it's worn out considering the level of use it's had but the rest of the cup is still in good condition. Saw that replacement straws can be bought through other sites (in unnecessarily large multi packs and more expensive than a new cup). Got in touch with Tommee Tippee directly through the live chat on their website and after the AI bot I got transferred to a person. Honor was friendly and helpful and arranged for replacement straws to be sent for free. Great customer service; deserves 5 stars.
Tommee Tippee lost a star just because they could have advertised more clearly this was an option or written on the cup packaging instructions to get a spare or included the spare straw.

Contacted customer service as my daughter’s cup was faulty, spoke with Andy via the live chat and honestly what an amazing experience. Spoke through my issue with him and the outcome is they are sending me out new cups which I wasn’t expecting at all. So Thankyou very much to Andy and tommee tippee!
