We got gifted the tommee tippee uv sterilizer and the uv bulb is now flickering, this is the second im using it. Ive tried to fix it like they said to but its not working.

Had a fault with a product, customer support team member jude arranged a replacement straight away, have always purchased from tommee tippee for both my children for years and never had issues before so was nice to see a company still has decent support for their customers

Beth and Anna were incredibly helpful via email and the online chat function after I had a problem with my PrepGo formula maker. The issue was resolved promptly and I am thankful that a replacement is on it way.

Don’t recommend I have 4 children and i purchased the spout sports cups for them as they come in packs of 2 but they are supposed to be bite proof biggest lie ever all the bottles are ruined and chewed off despite being watched with them

I most clarify that the first prep machine was purchased directly from you , with a bundle anti colic bundle
I then soon after noticed problems with machine I reached out several times.
Despite giving you my details once again a rude customer service which I felt racially profiled kept repeating that with my details couldn't find me in the system which was false
In fact I was found in the system later on after me chasing the situation.
It is all written correspondence and couple of phone calls.
Despite I requested that agent to put me trough a manger she refused it
When I finally was found in the system from another agent because I didn't not remember my mobile number and email associated to my order I was been told I didn't not passed secured checks and cannot be helped because you need to check was me.
Security checks for what ?
I then requested a formal duplicate invoice to be sent by post.
And it has been refused.
This is not a normal behaviour.
That I have faced wich discouraged me to purchase again directly.
I am by law covered from the warranty and I am now after couple of months from the purchase because we talking about few months ago .
The machine stopped work and sterliser that came with bundle is also faulty.
But I am stuck wasted money only
I don't recommend them at all
Bought two machine perfect prep trough them directly which was faulty months I contact them .
They never replaced it they want the email address associated to my purchase.
Before than that a rude racist customer service kept telling me I didn't purchased from them and pretended I wasn't in the system.
I bought the original one to Smith's toys and guess what faulty dust coming from filter so small particles.
Bottles aren't anticolic at all caused colic every day to my baby until I bought the Dr Browns expensive but very good excellent I would say.
So yes this brand is not worth the money

Excellent, had a problem / fault with our prep go flask, I messaged them on Facebook not thinking too much of it. I explained the fault. They asked for some more details / photos and information all was sent over. Within 24 hours a new one was ordered free of charge on their behalf and received within a week. Thank you for making this with a newborn so easy !

I spoke with Florence about the lid of my cool flask flashing red. I received very quick response and genuine concern about the product. As soon as all proof and details were sent off I had a reply to say there will be a new lid on its way to me. All emails received as well to show it is on its way along with a message to say shes happy to help with tracking too! Overall took around 10 minutes maximum from start to finish. Overall very very good experience

Rang twice now for straws for my 2 autistic sons juice cups as they both bite them.
Both times the agent has sent me straws free of charge even though I have offered to buy them.

I am currently pregnant and expecting triplets and already have a three year old son. As we all know buying everything you need for one baby can be overwhelming and costly never mind three. I was encouraged by a memeber of my local community hub team to contact baby brand to see if they offer any for of schemes as she was aware some do. I messaged Tommee Tippee and received a response from them within minutes. All though they informed me they don’t currently do any of these kinds of schemes they were so helpful/kind and offered to send me some bottle free of charge to help me and my babies. They have sent a beautiful box of 6 bottles and the two members of staff I spoke with Martin and Beth were both so helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

The BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time from Florence!
I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with constantly pumping, washing and sterilising on what feels like a never ending cycle and wanted to purchase spare parts to lessen this overwhelm (but also because these do need to be replaced periodically and some parts are showing signs of wear) however not all of these parts are available to purchase on the website.
After speaking to Florence on the online chat, I now have multiple spare breast pump parts being sent out at no cost, even though I was willing to purchase these!
Would definitely recommend!
