The new bottle teats we got are fine but I was frustrated that they have a limit of 4 per order. This meant I had to do 2 orders and pay for shipping twice. I wouldn't buy direct from Tommee Tippy again, but I still like their products and my baby is happy with the bottles, I will still get their products from other sellers like Kmart or Baby Bunting.

My daughter guzzled down her bottles like she was never fed until we got these teats and they truly work, they slowed her down significantly and she isn’t as irritated and hasn’t thrown up since. Honestly worth it and highly recommend

Excellent customer service, I found an issue with a product ( no fault of product, just wrong sizing ) in particular the Manual Hand Pump. After sending an email, I had a response from a lovely lady who was very helpful. After some back and fourth messaging she was able to help me find my size via a link with clear instructions, next thing I know the correct size horn & insert was being sent to me. I encourage anyone with questions, problems or enquires to definitely speak to their team!

I ordered 17th Dec and bottles arrived 22nd Dec. I thought they hadn't arrived but customer support helped me and parcel had been at the post office but I hadn't been made aware.

This is how a great company should be! I reached out to customer service because our daycare had lost a valve piece to one of our Sport Toddler bottles (without the valve the bottle will leak if turned upside down). I asked customer service if they sold a spare parts kit because we love the bottles and didn’t want them to go to waste. They replied back and said they currently didn’t have any spare parts to send but opted to send us 2 bottles free of charge. I was shocked and very happily surprised! I’ve got a few friends at work whose wives are pregnant and I guarantee you I will be recommending they buy Tommee Tippee brand bottles! Great experience and great products!
