Wonderful product and support

The customer service team members were quite knowledgeable, which is as expected, empathising our situation and doing right by the customers, sending us accessories for the electric pump not once but twice (different parts). I am glad to see the product support has such a fantastic "customers first" policy which other companies could adopt more.

Had some customer service today from Izzy.

Had some customer service today from Izzy, I am very satisfied with outcome and the management. I had an issue with a new bottle ( my own silly fault with microwave wattage ), I am getting a replacement sent out, and I was given some great advice. Always have been and always will be supporting Tommee Tippee.

Yes, they DO leak!

They love to say that the bottles don't leak when upside down. I have tried all of the bottles with all teat sizes and ever single one leaked and not just leaked even sprayed.

Unmatched Customer Service

Lanre and Nicholas responded to my call and email almost immediately to resolve a matter for me regarding a faulty product. They were both so understanding and accommodating and ensured to have the product replaced for me as soon as possible. I don’t think I’ve had customer service with a company resolve an issue as quickly as they did! My baby loves our Tommee Tipee products and highly recommend them.

Easy warranty claim

Had a warranty claim with a gifted unit and the experience was flawless!
Easy troubleshoot, simple replacement and used serial number instead of receipt. Great system and service!

Great Customer Service!

Was having some issues with the bottles I use for my 9mo leaking, reached out to tommee tippee for help and spoke with Nicholas and Lanre who were both lovely and they offered to replace all of the bottles I was having issues with and had an order put through for it almost instantly. Great customer service. 😊

Great Customer Service

I wrote to customer service as I was seeking information regarding flange inserts for my Tommee Tippee electric breast pump. They immediately sorted out two different sized inserts to be sent out free of charge for me to use. So thankful for such an efficient and easy experience with Tommee Tippee.

It takes a very long time to pump.
So unsatisfied with my purchase.
Tried all possible causes to resolve it but still unsuccessful.
