I reached out to see what support I could get as I have a baby on the way and am experiencing extreme financial hardship at the moment. I was in touch with Kelly, and from the moment the interaction started she was nothing but supportive, understanding, kind and generous. This company and Kelly herself did not need to help me here but went out of their way to do so, proving the true meaning of community and the village needed to raise our young ones.

Pacifier packaging
I ordered this specific pacifier in amazon even it took almost 2 weeks to come. I was so disappointed because the packaging is not up to a level for baby’s hygiene. It’s not fully sealed, it looks like anyone can make use of it or can mishandle the product.

Dog chewed part
It was difficult to find their number to call. But once I found it, the service and help was absolutely fantastic 10/10 was easy to get the part replaced and back working again (dog chewed a part)

I would like to thank Diego for his excellent support. My bottle steriliser stopped working, and he patiently helped me resolve the issue. Spoke with a number of different people in customer service but never once had to repeat myself etc. I required replacement flanges parts which I was trying to source but could not and then team have supplied these free of charge and got it sorted all within 12 hours. Incredible!! Thanks team
