I emailed 3 days ago to sort out my problem and yet I have had no reply ???!!!
My order on Royal Mail says delivered but it hadn’t been my mum was in the whole day when it said it had been delivered and not one knock was ever given and it says must require signature which you can ask on royal mails side that there wasn’t one ???

Great made an error with size, emailed them explained and they assured me right size would be sent, and yes they sent me the right size thank you. So helpful

3 pairs of trainers I’ve ordered from here covered in glue marks, clearly most are Nike returns and now because I’ve sent back 3 pairs of trainers threatening to ban me I usually give places benefit of doubt if they don’t get it right twice but definitely not here. I’ve spent £40 on trainers for myself to not even keep here, seen as you have to pay for returns, you’d have thought with their prices it’d be bang on!😳🤦🏻‍♂️

Quality trainers very quick delivery

Bought a set a while ago, put them into my rotation about 2 month after purchasing and within 5 wears the stitchings came apart that holds the laces together. Reached out to the gaffer and just got blanked. Could be a one off but where’s the customer service at fam?

Next day delivery and shoes are in perfect condition. Really happy with the service and quick delivery will definitely be using again soon.

Don't use this company. Complete rip off, bought trainers, didn't like them so tried to send them back same day. After not replying after I asked them where to return I just sent them back to return address. They had them back for 2 weeks and then said can't accept return as been worn but all I did was try them on, so they said they were going to send them back to me and they have now had them over a month and still not sent them back, rip of little company. Not happy at all I now can't afford the trainers now too! Take weeks to reply and give them a bad review and they reply in a hour! Klarna will always go with the company over person that's why they go with you. You have ripped of a customer when you have had the return for over a month, they were returned in same condition were sent. And now you have had them this long I will now be in debt. Stay clear people
