After bringing the issue to our attention, we asked you to provide photos of the trainers on September 4th & 8th so we could assess them & arrange an appropriate resolution.

Everything else was amazing, placing the order was quick and easy, delivery service was great-updates on delivery kept me in the know right until the parcel was at my door and delivery was quick aswell! the TNs are an absolute iconic addition to my collection. Hi Adam,
As explained via email, the website you have ordered from is not us.
Unfortunately you have ordered from a fraudulent third-party website impersonating our business rather than from our official store.
Our only website is : www.tntown.co.uk.
Over the past few months, multiple scam websites have impersonated our brand using similar domains and social media advertisements. We have already successfully reported and removed several of these fraudulent stores through Shopify and Meta.
We’re very sorry to hear you have been affected by one of these scams. If you would like assistance identifying where your order was actually placed, please contact us directly through our official website and we’ll do our best to help.
Kind regards,
Tn Town Customer Service
