Everything is ok
Orderded tickets from this platform for my honeymoon. Then found out some bad reviews in trustpilot and was very worried. I got even more worried because I bought the charter flight. Then I started to ask tickets.lt tons of questions from they support (about flight cancelations, money return and etc.) They were super responsive and provided me with all the information. After that I decided to go with it.
Tickets and the flight went well and even to my suprise I got seats next to my wife (we didn't buy dedicated seats).
I know people usually leave bad experiences in trustpilot and those who have no problem don't bother writting good reviews. So I will be the one to confirm that for us there were no issues buying tickets from tickets.lt

It’s a scam website.They waste my whole trip. There was 2 airlines involved, one airlines cancelled the return and departure flight but other airlines doesn’t. They didn’t offer me convenient alternatives. I tried so many communication but finally when I asked for the refund they said their service fee exceeded the ticket price. They stole my around £1427 . This means that if one of the flights is canceled by any airline, a full refund is provided only for that part of the flight that was canceled by the airline. In this case, it is not possible to return all the money for the reservation.
Also, in your personal account, the amount to be refunded was calculated for a ticket that was not canceled by the airline (there was no change in flight times) - in accordance with the rules of the airline's tariff. This amount was confirmed by you before the return. Please wait for the funds to be transferred to the buyer's account.
