Website charges additional service after displaying final price and confirming card details.

Edit: I was charged for extra service which wasn’t requested and included in the summary before payment. It wasn’t some additional fee by payment processing party etc., that’s simply not true. I already sent you an email and contracted on support chat but couldn’t get any response. It’s ridiculous that you respond faster here than on official support channels.

Website is a scam!

Website is a scam!

I've ordered the ticket for LOT airlines (and I received the pdf file)

But it was fully photoshopped! The ticket did not exist, and they failed to allow me to pass to board.

Weekend is screwed, and both the booking, the hotel everything failed.
Do not recommend, it's a scam!

Double charge for the luggage

Bought tickets with luggage. On check-in I found out that the luggage wasn't paid by tickets.pl. The airline worker showed me the internal system screen where they had 6 attempts to charge for the luggage. Didn't happen. So I had to pay for the luggage again. Then I wrote the email to tickets.pl for the refund. 2 weeks, no response. Crazy. First time for my 120 flights.

P.S. after the ticket here company made the refund.

I don't recommend using this website.they offer cheap tickets but when you buy them, they ask for extra money or you will not receive the ticket because the price increased since you paid.

Good service. Smooth processing, fast help!

Good service.

I purchased the tickets from Warsaw to Antalya and back in may 2024.
I found i made a mistake - put the wrong citizenship in the ticket after i completed the payment and ticket was processed.
Marta️ Lesko helped me immediately, it wasn't any delay once i started the chat on the site and i wasn't charge for that at all.

Later i didn't have any problem with both tickets, neither on the way to Antalya nor on way back.

If you want to have problems and want to loose time and money, here you are.
It is the 2nd time in a row that I try to book via tickets.pl, and both times the bookings were cancelled.
Still waiting for the refund of the cancellation.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST

We received a ticket via email which contained information that was completely incorrect. It stated that we had only a cabin baggage that was up to 15kg and a connecting flight. When we tried checking in online it stated that we had 4 different, separate reservations, only checked in luggage but no cabin luggage and that we had to pay for seats and luggage. We decided to check in at the airport where we found out that not only did we have to check in our luggage but also we were sitting on two different ends of the plane and would have to pay 50eur per person to sit next to each other. If that wasn’t enough we found out that we didn’t have a connecting flight like it stated in the pdf document we received but that upon arrival to our connecting destination we will have to pick up our suitcases, leave the airport and re-enter, check in our luggage once again and receive new boarding passes for the second flight. All of that in the 2 hours that we have there at a major airport. Gladly we won’t need a visa to leave the at the connecting destination but all of that brings me to the recommendation: AVOID this website AT ALL COST.

One of the worse airline' ticket…

One of the worse airline' ticket office. I have bought a ticket for my daughter almost 24 hours ago. Tickets.pl says, that resrevation will be complited and ticket will be given in 3 hours. Money are taken. Still no tickets, I have called them twice and it is always the same song - wait, wait.... ticket for ovet 1600E. I have forgotten, i already had the same problem with them:( I I had remember before payment, I would use a different agent. DO NOT USE tickets, you will have no problem!

Over one year of waiting to get refund for cancelled flight tickets

I bought airplane tickets from Phuket to Bankgok from Tickets.pl. Shortly before my departure I have been informed by Tickets.pl that my flight has been cancelled. In consequence I asked for refund. I have been waiting for requested refund for more than a year constantly arguing with the company to get my money back. Finally after such a long time I've received lesser amount of money that I was expecting. I complained about it, but I received answers which have been written in such a bad language that I could not understand them.

Had to pay extra 55 euros for my flight…

Had to pay extra 55 euros for my flight during the check in bc tickets.pl don't send any info about the tickets they charge money for. Turned out I had to pre-register 2 hours prior to my flight. Which took me 30 minutes to do on my flight back with the help of Ryanair support, because tickets.pl turned out to be unauthorised to sell Raynair tickets. Buy your tickets directly from the airlines and don't waste your time and money with this so-called service.

The service is so bad!
I paid extra for the refund guarantee service and when I tried to cancel my flight they rejected my request and never refunded me.
Also when I requested to change the flight, they told me to contact the airlines myself.
