⚠️ Missed travel opportunity due to delayed confirmation — no prior warning!

I purchased a ticket for an urgent flight via Tickets.az and completed the payment successfully. However, right after payment, the order status changed to “Awaiting confirmation” — with absolutely no prior notice or warning during the booking process.

This is completely unacceptable. The website made it appear that tickets would be confirmed instantly. As a result, I missed the chance to buy a ticket from other providers, relying on this platform.

Customer support does not respond to emails, and phone calls provide no clarity. Had I known that confirmation wasn’t immediate, I would never have made the purchase. Now my travel plans are jeopardized, and no one takes responsibility.

To make matters worse, the ticket was ultimately rejected on the website. And at this point, it's no longer possible to buy a ticket elsewhere, as the necessary funds were blocked at the critical moment. This caused not only inconvenience but real financial and logistical damage.

Very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend using this site, especially if your trip is time-sensitive and you can’t afford such uncertainty.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to issue the ticket, and as a result, your reservation had to be cancelled. That said, we can confirm that the full amount was refunded to your bank account on June 2.

We're also concerned to hear that you were unable to reach our support team in a timely manner — this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are looking into the matter to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and the disruption to your plans. We appreciate your honest feedback — it helps us improve and ensure more transparent communication moving forward.

“Sofia Melnik was extremely helpful. When I called AJet, they told me they couldn’t assist and advised me to contact the agency where I purchased the ticket, but I wasn’t able to reach them. Sofia, however, helped me greatly via email, and I’m very grateful. She resolved all of my issues.”
