Ordered a pole and made sure I read the desperation as I wanted one complete pole without any joints. Well it came in two parts. I emailed to arrange collection only to be told I would have to pay the carriage. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it’s clear this company doesn’t make it easy for you to return items. So, I’m left with a pole I will never use as it’s not cost effective to return it.

Poor tried to call to find diameter of rings no answer rings to fit 16/19cm pole they are far too big and complete waste of money and postage is it worth me returning for refund?

Delivery was fairly swift. Poles arrived with screw/raw plugs that were entirely wrong and unsuitable for the job so had to use own. Linking section to expandable poles was badly made - chrome discoloured and mottled and didn’t fit easily. Needed lots of manual strength to squeeze them tight. Also, poles quite thin and eyelet curtains slide off the back on simple cap model. Chrome pole very difficult to saw so really need the correct equipment. We tried three and ended up borrowing one off our builder and even that didn’t cope very well. Once up, poles look nice though.

Right colour and style,good value for money and well packaged

We received the wrong blind with tape instead of string and brilliant white colour instead of off white.
Unfortunately we realized after we cut it to fit
