I ordered two side-hinged insulated garage doors to replace my tired old up-and-over doors. Ordering process was easy and clear, doors arrived exactly when they said they would. The doors themselves are great construction, absolutely spot-on for size and very sturdy and secure. Fitting was easy as was putting the handles and locking mechanism together. Overall an excellent service.

1st class customer service by Rebecca. I needed a new part for my garage door but after reviewing the website wasn't sure which one. My phone call was answered in seconds. Rebecca asked me to take a photo of the door and email it in with my number to call back. She did so again with seconds. She guided me to the exact part I needed and it's now ordered.
Can't fault my experience. It was excellent.

Delivery, make sure you read the fine print!
You need a fully abled person home to help the delivery driver so his job.
I have taken 3 separate days off work for 3 separate guaranteed delivery dates reasons for delivery failures "damaged door" and " staff are sick".
Currently still waiting for the door.
I had pre paid my carpenter for installation which I will now have to pay again.
When I aired my concerns to the company they replied with it's not our issue.
Would I choose to use this company again?
Absolutely not.
Thanks for taking which should have been and expensive yet simple experience and nearly doubling my cost and adding stress and pressure.

We have a Glideroll garage electric roller door that is now well over 5yrs old, but (unlike many companies who are only interested in the initial sale/warranty) Glideroll are evidently committed to their products even after the warranty period has expired. Rebecca (Sales) arranged for support from Adam (Engineering) to help identify and correct a small problem with the electric remote. Very much appreciated.

I purchased a Smart door opener and with living locally I called at the factory to collect it. The guy there was extremely helpful and everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately there was an issue and it wouldnt work as it should do. I contacted the factory after eventually giving up and ended up talking to Martin who was extremely helpful but when he realised I had exhausted every possible way of making it work correctly he actually called to my house to help. Eventually we realised this unit was not going to work so he took the unit away and brought me a replacement the very next day.
All now is working excellent so many thanks to Martin and the team and after their help and support I dont think I would ever look at any other garage door manufacturer if was to be making a new purchase in the future.

Gliderol have been great from start to finish. I was unsure which door to order so I visited the workshop and was shown various examples. The guy there was really helpful. Once I ordered the door took around 5 weeks. Fit easily and works smoothly. Top job from a top company.

My friend moved into her property and noticed the garage door had no key/a key snapped in the lock. She contacted Gliderol on the Thursday afternoon and explained the situation as her landlords couldn’t help, she was told the garage door was 20 years old but could see if the team could do anything. Less than 24 hours later a guy called Adam came out, switched the locks and she now has a working garage door!
She just wants to say a massive thank you.
Customer service definitely a 5/5 for sorting this matter.

Had a problem with my door, which was installed about 5 years ago. Rang the company and was put through to Lee Cotton in the technical support team. He was excellent, guiding a complete technical novice through what needed to be done in clear and simple language. Door now works again!

I contacted Gliderol on their website on Sunday morning, I got a response at 08:09 on Monday morning, I called their office to explain the problem and was called back by an engineer within 10 mins. He talked me through the issue and I was able to sort it out. Excellent customer service and support and many thanks to the engineer.Lee
Could not ask for better service. Cam was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assure me what parts I required, So you are aware this comment comes from a director of a company. If he worked for me I would promote him.
