From ordering to receiving and then assembly, my experience of buying a Mirus Ultra gaming chair was brilliant, the price was also better than I expected as I received a hefty discount by purchasing it in the Christmas sale. Using the instructions supplied, I was able to assemble the chair in less than 5 minutes. The chair itself is extremely comfortable.

I chose, paid, and received it in two weeks.
With all the notifications and near-real-time delivery tracking, there were no customs or shipping headaches.

Although I sent it back as it wasn't the correct fit for my size/build, the chair itself is of great quality, the website is very easy to use and the customer service team where top notch when it came to refunding and returns. Ifs a shame it didn't fit as it really is good/comfy otherwise.

The assembly required is minimal; it takes more time to dispose of the box and the protections that assemble the chair.
There was a problem with the customs, but it was a way to learn how helpful the Ergohuman Customer Services is. When things don't go as smoothly as they should, it's when you really know what the customer service is made of, and I'm impressed.

Just wanted to say thanks to ergohuman for the great customer service throughout the whole process — from the purchase to the super fast delivery (less than a week!). They were helpful and responsive the entire time. 🤗✨

The whole process was very smooth, from ordering and payment to delivery, which only took six days including a weekend. Not having to deal with customs was a plus.
The chair arrived well packaged. There was no invoice included, however, when I asked via email I received it the same day.

It was great that the Ergohuman team handled customs for me and the delivery via FedEx was swift and professional, although the package was big and heavy. I also really liked that the team personally contacted me to clear up any ambiguities with my order information to ensure a frictionless delivery.

NEGATIVES:
- Chair is a bit low to the ground.. its highest position is exactly the medium position I was using on my Herman Miller chair. It is just ok for me with the gas cylinder all the way up, but I am not very tall at 177cm, so I guess it could be an issue if you are taller.
- price (but you get what you pay for)

I’ve been using the Ergohuman Ultra X9 for a short time now, and it has already made a massive difference in my daily work and comfort. As someone dealing with neck and back issues from long hours at the desk, this chair has been a game-changer.
