I have tried ringing and only get BT messaging I have sent 5 e mails with no reply I wouldn’t deal with this company again I will now demand my money back their customer service is non existent

Certainly be happy to use this company again. Was finding it difficult to get a supplier of the curtain poke we wanted that offered free delivery to NI. Not only was delivery free ‘ prompt with regular email updates on despatch but also the best price for the pole we found searching online

Ghosted instead of rectifying their error
I was shipped the incorrect colour item, when I contacted them to get their error rectified I was told to email however this has gone unanswered for over a week and the phone now rings out every time I try to get in touch.
Won't consider using again, very disappointed as I like that they are trying to ensure all excess retailer stock is sold and not destroyed.
