Fast service to and from airport.. friendly staff

Drivers are very willing to help you. The Parking Spot made it so easy to get to the airport on time without stress.

Shuttles run at a very regular cadence, I don’t wait very long at the arrivals area. Drivers are all very friendly and helpful.

The experience is excellent. Check in with QR code. Spots are always available. Shuttle's are adequately frequent on both sides and exit is smooth and quick. Ice cold water bottle waiting for me after a long flight is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Please don't change that. The fact that you're right next to In n Out is nice too just in case I'm starving getting off the plane I can grab a burger. :-)

Friendly, courteous drivers and someone actually answers the phone! Never have to wait long for a shuttle, love that all of Parking Spot 2 is covered parking now. The phone app is easy to navigate, check in and out is very user friendly and love that they have perks and points. I wouldn't use any other parking/shuttle service unless I absolutely had to.

Appreciate the proximity of the Parking Spot East to the Southwest Airlines terminal at the Lambert International Airport in St. Louis. The staff is always timely and courteous. It’s nice they offer you membership to their program giving you perks and discounts.

Getting to and from the airport with no problems

The location is close to the airport. Finding a parking spot in the self park area is easy. The van was there to pick us up before we even got out of the car and was waiting for us at the door of the airport upon our return. The drivers are personable and helpful. The price is reasonable. It is one part of traveling that is stress free!

The QR code made it very easy to check in and out! And the shuttle got us safely to the airport and back and on time! It was a good price for the week also!
