was EXCELLENT! She was as 10 for helpfulness and a 10 for pleasant attitude! At the end of a LONG day,
LONG travels, tired and exhausted, she was WONDERFUL. She's the reason we continue to use Parking Spot! She deserves a day off w/PAY!

The parking spot is always great, and so are the drivers. When i got back from my trip, my car battery was dead. One of the workers, Yosef, was nice enough to give me a jump and get home. Very polite gentleman! I was at the Dallas Love field parking spot.

I loved the Parking Spot 1. I have never used any kind of parking place like this before. I downloaded the app, prepaid, and left my car in a covered parking spot for 5 days. I couldn't get my code to scan for entry (not so good with the tech), but the very kind woman working at the gate helped me. She was so patient. As soon as we parked and got out of my vehicle, the shuttle was there waiting. The driver was so sweet. He grabbed our bags and loaded them for us, and unloaded them at the terminal. When we returned we only had to wait a couple of minutes before the shuttle picked us up. It was a different driver but equally kind and helpful. I also really like that you can scan a QR code and tip your driver if you want! It was so nice. I rarely have cash on me so I appreciated being able to tip in that manner. I will use them every time I fly out of Hobby from now on.

My ‘Go To’ for airport parking at Hartsfield Atlanta. The drivers are so courteous and helpful and always on time.

I give them 5 star for 24hr customer service and shuttle to airport always available. Price is fair. my car is protected. that's all that matters to me.
