We ordered two neon signs for our company and are very satisfied. Good communication before ordering where we got the help we needed, and also after we placed the order.
The signs were easy to install and now 1 year later they still work perfectly. Can highly recommend!

We were looking for a sign ofcourse and after we completed the online request for a quotation, this was send right away. Follow ups were done, advice and assistance was given, and the end product was nice and tastefully done

I ordered a 2 color neon sign on a rectangle acrylic mirror plate, so I could frame it myself. First of all the corners are rounded and there are holes on every side to mount it, I never said that on the telephone or in mails and I explained many times that I will frame it myself, I honestly don’t understand why it came like this.

Second the transformator is making a really high pitched sound, so when it’s turned on it is not bearable. The neon colors interfere with each other, I’ve worked with other companies before and it was never a problem to do that. If Im turning on one element, the other switches also, this is not what I requested.

I tried to contact the company via e-mail, WhatsApp and letters, but they keep ignoring me and tell me custom neon signs cannot be refunded. They obviously delivered me the wrong, broken product and by law they would have to at least rework it. Still no sign of trying to make things work again, they took my money and ghosted me...

UPDATE:
After posting the bad review, they contacted me again and fixed everything, I now received the Neon sign as originally planned and it works and looks good. They also let me keep the first, broken one.

Very Good customer-service. I had realized that My design had a fault in the picture I sent, so I wrote to them to correct this although I had already sent an approval. They stopped the production and corrected it for me. It arrived safely after a few weeks. I’m very satisfied!

The post-purchase customer service has been exemplary. When a few lights on the LED sign stopped working, we sent them pictures, and they immediately began reproduction. A new sign is already on its way to us.

Our Logo is a little more difficult due to several color gradings, but it was great how the Neon Company solved it. We just hung it up and it looks stunning!
