I placed an order with The Neon Company on 17 July 2025 for a Custom LED Neon Design (Invoice No. 2025 / 6864) and paid the full amount of €196.35 immediately.
Since payment was made, I have received no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no replies to my inquiries. For weeks, I have tried to contact the company via their website contact form and multiple WhatsApp messages – all completely ignored.
It is unacceptable that after taking full payment, the seller goes silent and provides no information whatsoever about the order status. This level of customer service is simply unprofessional and deeply concerning.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. At this point, I am left with no product, no communication, and my money gone – and I will be escalating this matter to consumer protection and payment service authorities.

Great customer service and pretty quick delivery
Pretty quick delivery, good customer service and quick response on e-mail. Quality on the actual product is very good and above expectations, it doesn't look cheaply made and it is built sturdy. The prices are reasonable and there are cheaper alternatives on the market, but I don't see the same quality in those products. I strongly recommend Neon Company, and have been a returning customer many times.

Ordered a neon sign for my training room. The sign from The Neon company looks good and with quality. It has a remote control and works good. The remote can be used from several meters away (just tested 6m+) and is great. This is a good company to buy from if you are looking for a quality neon sign
