Excellent service and an excellent finished product. Friendly and approachable with no problem difficult to overcome. So easy to use. I would not go back to normal blinds again.

Highly professional service from great people

I would highly recommend the EBC. I purchased the blinds for slim profile doors and had them fully concealed: The EBC team were fabulous, very professional and provided support to myself and our builder throughout the installation process. The end result is perfect - the quality is excellent and they are very easy to operate.

I was a bit dubious to use an online company to purchase the blinds I wanted for my bifold doors but I needn’t of worried.
I have great service all the way through and I’m very pleased with my blinds. Would definitely recommend and will use them again 👍

The whole survey, installation and aftercare service was effortless for us and a brilliant service from the company. We had a few 'user error' issues afterwards but they answered all our questions with ease and nothing was too much trouble.

We ordered concealed blinds and once my builder understood what was required of him all was strait forward and efficient. Certainly the finished effect is impressive and they rise and fall quietly and smoothly. The blinds were expensive but you get good quality, I would recommend this company.

We have just had a large roof lantern blind fitted by the Electric Blind Company. We're really pleased with the blind - it looks great and works smoothly. We received very good service - helpful friendly advice before placing our order - and very efficient survey and installation. The fitting team were experienced, carried out the work carefully, and left the room spotless. Everything was carried out within the timescales promised. We would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent company, good communication, very helpful fitters, super clean and quick

We chose the Electric Blind Company due to the great reviews they had received. We weren’t disappointed. Form our initial enquiry to the design installation I cannot fault this company or recommend them enough. Both Chris and Gemma were very helpful and patient with all of the questions we had. The installation was easy and efficient. If only all companies were this good! I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having electric blinds.

We had a great experience with the company - from our initial enquiry (which Chris picked up) through to installation. Very responsive in answering our questions and setting up the site visit - Chris is clearly very experienced and gave us some great advice about options for the fascia and material for the blinds. We have two by-fold doors & required electric blinds. We talked to Chris who organised for blinds to be fitted and resolved any issues we had with the installation. Excellent customer service and a quality product which looks beautiful now installed, very happy to recommend.

Superb Quality and Excellent Service from point of initial enquiry to installation. Absolutely faultless! The blinds are perfect and are discreetly hidden behind a matching fascia. The remote control is easy to use and nicely placed by a light switch. Would definitely use the Electric Blind Company again. Thank you all

two months on........
Have now had our blinds for two months and we just wish we had got them years ago. We have a south facing kitchen with bifold doors and shiny floor tiles and it used to get so hot. Not any more! The blinds keep the heat and sunshine out but its still light in the kitchen -very clever. We also like the way we can control the range of the blind so easily. Great company to work with , would totally recommend them and would use again.

Thank you to the eclectic blind company. I contacted a number of company's, but they were hands down the most responsive and happy to answer the numerous questions I had. Pre fit survey and installation both went without hitch. I will certainly be using them again.

We are very pleased with the blinds. We use them for sun shade but also privacy in the evenings. They work excellent for both purposes. The electric blind company has been great throughout the process, clear communication and excellent quality of work. Very recommended.
