We had the privilege of meeting Alan and the team when we won their competition for free shutters, and we are so pleased with our luck! Alan is attentive, warm and friendly and expert in his advice about the shutters process. Alan explained all the options available to us, supported us with next steps, and installed the shutters to a really high quality (and the shutters are amazing quality too!). They have transformed our room, and we will certainly turn to Bespoke Window Furnishings again for more shutters in the future, especially how brilliant the team were.

Lee was great from start to finish. Everything went as planned, I really appreciate his attention to detail and work ethic. Thumbs up 👍

I came across BWF on social media and contacting Alan was fast and effective. From a quick measure up and fast quote, we proceeded in going forward.
These were installed only a few weeks later and we are very pleased with the end results.

From the very first visit to my home, everything was so smooth and genuinely stress-free. The initial consultation was incredibly helpful!! They took their time going through all the options with me, explained what would work best, and made me feel completely confident in my choices. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole process from start to finish was just brilliant.

The shutters themselves are amazing quality, and everything was explained step by step so I always knew what was happening. I also had blinds fitted in my kitchen and honestly, they are absolutely gorgeous! I can’t even describe them properly they’re just fabulous and I genuinely love them so much.

A huge thank you to Alan and Dee! They were so friendly, professional, and just really lovely people. What stood out the most was how respectful they were of my home, they even took their shoes off and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It might sound like a small thing, but it really meant a lot and shows the level of care they have.

The whole experience felt so personal, like dealing with people who truly care almost like family. It’s honestly made my first home feel so much more warm, homely, and complete.

Alan and his team have done an amazing job from start to finish in measuring, supplying and fitting my shutters. They are absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with the quality, service and professional workmanship of Bespoke Window Furnishings and highly recommend them.

What a fantastic company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional from start to finish. I had a few quotes but Alan from BWF by far made me feel the most comfortable and did not try the heavy sales pitch. His prices were very competitive also. Once the order was placed I received courtesy calls advising me of progress and timelines. A week before installation I received another courtesy call and once again the evening before just to confirm if all was ok still to install the shutters the following day.

On the day of installation Alan and his team (Lee & Keane) arrived exactly on time, they unloaded their tools and materials and started work. Alan who even with his bad back and was clearly struggling worked continuously until the job was done. I work in the building trade and very rarely see such clean and tidy work constantly cleaning and tidying up as they go along.

Lee and Keane were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They took their shoes off when working in the house and apart from a few cups of tea & some Ferrero Roche’s you were hardly know they were there.

They got the job finished ahead of schedule and to a very high standard.

I would highly recommend BWF for all your blinds/shutters without hesitation. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful experience with BWF from the initial consultation to the fitting. Lee who did our initial measurements was very professional, was well versed in explaining the requirements. We did have a quote from another company same type of wood and number of rooms, we eventually decided to go with BWF due to how inviting Lee was during the conversations and the price match. Whilst the wait was long due to production outside of the country, the wait was worth the wait. Mark and Lee who did the fitting were excellent. We had great service throughout and would definitely recommend them. The shutters look amazing and we already had compliments from our first lot of visitors.

Absolutely love my new shutters! From start to finish the whole experience was completely effortless. Lee’s professionalism and incredible attention to detail made the entire process a pleasure. His recommendations were spot on, and I appreciated the regular updates on delivery timelines.
On installation day, the shutters were fitted to absolute perfection and when Lee left, you wouldn’t even have known he’d been here. (Except for the beautiful shutters) Zero mess, zero stress.

Lee was great at explaining the process. I felt I could make good informed decisions based off of what we could do with the area. The items got delivered faster than expected and fitted within a few days. Two panels arrived damaged and Lee pointed them out and re-ordered them. I’m so happy with the final design and Lee is a pro !

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Bespoke Window Furnishing Essex.
From the very beginning, their communication was excellent—keeping in touch, checking in, and making sure everything was running smoothly. I had already chosen them for my shutters, but the original lead time was around 12 weeks due to overseas manufacturing. They really went the extra mile by sourcing a UK-based supplier, reducing the wait to just 4 weeks.
Gary, who carried out the measuring, and Chris, who completed the installation, were both outstanding. They explained everything clearly—process, timelines, and costs—so we felt completely informed and confident throughout.
Once the shutters were ready, everything moved quickly, and within a week they were installed. Chris did a brilliant job with the fitting—professional, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work.
