We are super happy with our blinds. Very high quality product and excellent service from Chris, Jack and Dawn. A couple of minor issues with the initial fit were resolved quickly and efficiently. Obviously not the cheapest but I feel we have blinds that will last for years so good value. Overall highly recommended.

We purchased blinds in 2021 from the electric blind company.
The blinds look great and work well.
The process of purchasing the blinds was excellent. They came to do a proper survey with a large number of samples to help choose fabric desired and exact locations of blinds.
They left a pack of samples with us and didn’t pressure us -which we appreciate.
Once we had decided, they manufactured and installed them quickly and efficiently.
The installation staff and the admin staff have all been excellent.
We can’t rate this company highly enough.

A very professional company with high end sleek products. Customer service was fantastic. During the pre-installation stage, Chris came to advise our builders on the requirement while Howard was very competent in the installation stage, keeping everything very tidy. Highly recommended.

We have had our four lovely blinds for just over a year, and today one got stuck. I called the company for help and was talked through how to resolve the issue very quickly, and without the need for a site visit. All in all, very happy with all my dealings with this company. And we are still loving the blinds!
