We called in The Electric Blind Company after an awful experience with a company, that luckily, is no longer trading. Really knowledgeable and prompt with responses. Jack and Claire were very respectful and even tidied up after themselves(note to other trades!). Gemma also knows her stuff! I am no longer embarrassed by the quality and look of our blinds. Wish I'd used them in the first place

Would highly recommend the electric blind company! Incredibly fast, responsive and a high quality product. Not that much more expensive than buying install-your-self options, but far superior in terms of quality and service. Amazed that the time from measurement to installation was 3 weeks! And the blinds have been fantastic at keeping the house cool.

We have had our electric blinds for 6 years now and they are still excellent condition, which is a real testament to their quality.

We recently needed them serviced, and Claire and the office team were fantastic. They responded quickly to our enquiry and books in without any hassle. Jack carried out the service and was excellent throughout. He thoroughly checked every blind to make sure they were operating perfectly and was able to fix everything on the spot.

To top it off, Claire followed up the next day to make sure everything had gone well and we were happy with the service.
